The media could not be loaded.  Product was surprisingly helpful. Bought it with a mindset of giving it a try turns out it provides so many functions that would really help my workout. The insole takes about 50 minute to be fully charged and the battery life last pretty long, charged it once since i got it been using everyday for the past 4 days and it is still running! The fitting of the insole fits perfectly into my shoe, i bought XL and I have a size 46 feet and there's no issue with the fitting for me . Theres barely any delay in the display of the force distribution so you can monitor your force distribution in real time during your workout to allow optimal training efficiency as shown in the video i have recorded.Its always cool to see the force distribution on your feet to allow better balance and also injury prevention, from the app it can be linked to there is three apps and i used SALTED TRAINING, it provides running coaching and even workout coaching that you can follow and manage your force distribution with. Running coaching is very helpful as it provide all sorts of information, it doesn't only show the foot strike percentage but also with tracking, providing you the distance ran, steps you took and also the calories you have burnt during the run. Other information that they provides are like pace, cadence and ground contact time which personally Im not a runner so didn't really know how to use that. For people that doesn't have an apple watch, this insole basically serve the purpose of it.Overall a really great product although i am still at the exploring stage of it but I would still really recommend giving it a try. As nothing beats improving your own health and performance!

The media could not be loaded.  Very easy to setup and use. The app automatically records the swing without having to stop and start it . It detects the address position and gives you a count down to start your swing, you are able to record multiple swings without returning to the app every time. The video is very easy to edit with a good selection of tools. the output video can then be shared with your coach. The pressure sensors are extremely sensitive giving you accurate data on your weight shift during the swing. The product is very well made and one of the best training aids I've used as it is not only pressure sensors but also a swing analyser. The customer service is also excellent for any questions you have.

Frustrating - when they connect the data is simply great for the price when compared to the cost our teachers pay for their pressure mats but just too buggy in terms of connecting to my iPhone. Most times one insole wakes up but the other does not making them useless. My trick which seems to be working is before heading out, whatever the state of charge, connect them to the charger. Over the last 2 weeks that seems to have ensured that I have a reliable live pair of insoles when I get to the practice area.

Great tool for improving your game and exercise techniques.Only criticism would be they are chunky so you need a very loose fitting pair of shoes

As I follow u tube with Marcus bell from Zen Golf I have all his Grf Board accessories and these salted weight shift shoe inserts which fit perfectly and are very easy to set up compliments my Zen golf, a great affordable gadget

we are currently testing and using this product in line with our other equipment and when used properly we can see clubhead speed gains and improvement in overall stability of the golfer .the ability to see in Realtime where the center of gravity is in a golf swing and also the Downard force will definitely help all golfers unlock their protentional and lead to faster improvement .we have also used this in chipping and putting to help demonstrate stillness in body movement and improvement in strike .would recommend you buy this and we will be adding this to our development program

When I got this to work it was great but then it died within a week. Seems to be a recurring theme on connectivity with some of these units.
