I have ordered these jars multiple times. I had one jar that broke in my last shipment. I contacted them & could not be any happier with the way they replaced it. Great product & came with small spatula.

I bought 12 of these in the 4 ounce size and 12 in the 2 ounce size to store wildflower seeds. The cobalt blue is beautiful and I like that they are glass. They should work well for my intended purpose.

I love the color of these jars. These jars are what I have been searching for for sometime now. They are well made and I am extremely happy with them. Will purchase these exclusively from now on.

The customer service is what drove this to five stars. I use these for my essential oil creations. I adore how beautiful they are, but when they arrived one of the jars was broken. Instead of having to go through the hassle of returning the whole set, I reached out to the seller and explained what happened. They were quick to respond and told me not to worry and that they would ship a replacement jar to me. Sure enough a few days later, I had a new jar waiting for me in the mailbox and I didn’t have to put my projects on hold for the matter to be fixed. These jars are great for beauty serums/lotions, hair masks, and beard balms. I’ll definitely be purchasing more in the future!

Ordered 2 sets of 6 dozen (144 total) jars that came boxed 12 at a time with lid and spatula, and also individually wrapped in thin bubble wrap and with plastic baggy over the lid. Very little padding inside the main box for shipping. Expected many more to be damaged as a result. The jars are very nice in color, but not a fan of the plastic lids. My blue 8oz jars come with black Aluminum lids, but then I do order those directly from Alibaba, which is what I will eventually do with these 4oz jars as business picks up. So far I have only opened 5 dozen and found the 2 damaged jars in the picture. I still have 7 more dozen to go through (open them as I need them). I will make an update once all jars have been opened. I believe the seller is also ordering direct, and drop-shipping to Amazon, who then mails them to you and the seller never has to see or touch the jars. Only option to contact the seller for the damaged jars is via my order, with a link to their website. If I discover more broken jars and/or the seller fails to contact me as a result of this review, I will remove some stars from this initial review.

Very good quality jars and lids. Most affordable I could find. Perfect size for my homemade salve. Each jar is wrapped in bubble wrap and secured in a box. Makes a lovely gift.

I just saw your card at the bottom of a box and they were about contacting you. If you were not happy. I found my order from Amazon and while I love the bottles, I was disappointed in the caps. I refrigerate homemade moisturizer, and after a time out of the refrigerator, the caps crack in half. This was my second or third order of jars and I don’t remember the other two orders cracking I had to find a jar cap that fit, and I had to buy many at a time so perhaps you can give me the ability to just buy the jars without the lids

The first containers I purchased were plastic and I didn’t like them. I found these and they were perfect.
