@vitmix great job on upgrading your blender jar and not upgrading the blade as well. Such easy money to make off customer or business owner bc it’ll constantly needs to get replaced! In the year of 2018 I purchased 12 jars and now it’s all cracked. February 2019 I purchased 4 new blades x 4 new jars and within two weeks the jars began to crack and leak all over the blender walls. Vitamix rep told that bc the jar itself got an upgrade and the blade didn’t the blade became too strong for the jar hence the cracking jars. Well shouldn’t that customers should be notify of?! I guess not. For such an expensive item I would hope it would last longer than a year. Congratulations, Vitamix you got a not returning customer.
