As new to boxing I have no experience of other straps to compare this to, so I will just call it as I see it. The length seems just right as any longer and I would have difficulty getting the gloves on, shorter and it would not do the job. The material seems a bit thin and has a tendency to bend over, however any thicker and they would be difficult to fit in between the fingers. The thumb strap seems strong enough and the Velcro fastener is good quality. I wash mine and there is no sign of shrinkage or colour-run. As a beginner I soon realised that straps wont stop you hurting yourself if your technique is poor, however they certainly reduce risk of injury and equally give confidence to hit until such time as the technique improves.

Good and bad points really, the poi t point's is that the material is nice and soft and there is plenty of it so you can get good support from it. The velcro also seems like it will last a while, but time will tell as I've only had them a couple weeks. Now the bad points are that they twist up way to easy this is probably cause they are so soft, it's also the fact that they are so soft that they tend not to grip very well. My other wraps are a bit more rough but that helps them bite in to each other when wrapping ur fist so they don't come undone when putting ur gloves on and off, like these wraps do. Overall a not bad wrap, but better ones available

I am a beginner boxer, learning at home. So, take from my review what you will. I started off with just gloves and noticed that my wrist and knuckles can get sore while I’m still learning the technique and body mechanics. I bought these because they have wraps to increase wrist support and gel padding at the knuckles to reduce the risk of a boxers fracture. But also, that way I can focus on body mechanics and learning the basics safely. I ordered a pair of the ones that have gel and fit like a glove and these purple that are just wraps. They do what they say they do and the other end does have the thumb hole to anchor the wrap. They come with an instruction guide, having a QR code, to teach you how to wrap the wraps. I’ve seen a few notes about the color leaking. It does come with instructions that tell you before you first machine wash them to put them in cold water with a cup of vinegar. It allows them to maintain the color. It also tells you to let them air dry after the first wash to maintain elasticity Overall, this is a basic product that does what it says it would do. I recommend.

These wraps are the best from those I have owned so far. Very soft yet sturdy. You can just tell they are made with high quality.
