XL fits like other Hanes XL and SO comfy!
When I tried on the first one of these I immediately thought it might be the most comfortable undershirt I have ever worn. As far as fit, I am a bigger guy with a 46-48"" chest, and the XL fit exactly the way I like - relaxed and comfortable with a little room. Even when I used to be skinny I never liked clothes to be fitted and snug. Some reviewers have complained that the v-neck is too deep. I do not find it any deeper than many other brands I have tried like Jockey. In fact, I had been wearing it for an hour or two before I even thought about this so I took off my top shirt and checked the mirror to be sure I had not missed something. Besides, I never wear just an undershirt except to sleep. Some reviewers have complained that the fabric is thin. It is a little thinner than some undershirts, but not really noticable thinner than the 100% cotton Hanes v-necks I have been wearing. This was actually a good feature as far as I am concerned for a couple of reasons. I live in New Orleans where the weather is hot and very humid most of the year. I ALWAYS wear an undershirt, even under t-shirts and polo shirts. May be wierd, but I prefer to have something soft against my skin and to have that extra layer to absorb perspiration. It is probably my imagination, but to me it actually feels cooler. The other reason is for travel. I try to travel light so for trips of a week or more I like to take maybe 4 sets of quick-drying underwear and undershirts that I can hand wash and dry for re-use. I have some very thin microfiber briefs and shirts that do nicely, but they were very expensive, and the XL briefs and shirts fit more like mediums so I have never liked they way they feel. I was surprised at how hard it is to find such things. Now that I have tried these Hanes FreshIQ Comfort Blend shirts they will probably be my full time choice, not just for travel. After a brief trial I can see myself ditching all of my current undershirts and replacing them with these! Some reviewers have said that these shirts are not very durable, that seams have started to separate after fairly short time. Honestly, if I can get a year of wear out of them, I think I will be happy to replace them!

Boomer and this is what I want
I've got over 50 years experience wearing t-shirts. No apologies - I'm good at it. It's true. We all gotta be good at something right? I chose my professional path, slaved away at it, paid the price. Those all cotton shirts of the early years - it was all we had, but we made them work. Yes, the looked awful by the third wear, slouchy pit stains, chewed up collars. Then my generation learned about synthetic fabrics the hard way; leisure suits, double knit polyester pants, disco BS, nylon shirts - the proving grounds for fungal infections and general body funk. But, now we got blends, and finally we've got this shirt and THIS SHIRT IS RIGHT! Fits smooth, washes well, holds its shape - gonna charge up the Jazzy, slap my teeth in and go to the lobby toooonight - nah - not there yet. Got my own teeth, still working, still walking fine, no parts yet . . . I'll be comfortable in this shirt writing product review for a long time to come. It really is a great t-shirt, V-neck isn't too deep, looks right, feels right - just get it. You'll like it.

Best you can get
I've been a long-time fan of Hanes, and this Hanes Ultimate Men's 4-Pack Comfort T-shirt set definitely lives up to the brand's reputation. The comfort level is outstanding - the fabric feels incredibly soft against the skin, making them perfect for layering or wearing on their own. They fit true to size and maintain their shape and softness even after multiple washes. These are truly versatile staples for any wardrobe, offering great breathability and everyday wearability. I always stock up on these because you simply can't beat the comfort and value.

Good value for the price
I found these undershirts to be remarkably soft to the touch. I've been using them for about four months and find they are holding up well after repeated washings in hot water. I opted to purchase a size larger than usual so as to make sure it does not show under my shirt, even with the top unbuttoned. It worked. I would purchase these again.

Nice shirts
These are nice shirts, very comfortable to wear and stretch when needed. The major problem I have with them is that even though they are 50% polyester, you still have to wash them on COLD.

La calidad del algodón es superior a otra camisetas incluso de la misma marca.

The material is soft and smooth on the body, but the sizing is a little bit off. One has to get a size below the shirt size they wear, in order for it to function best as an undershirt. For example, if your shirt size is large, get a medium, if you want it as an undershirt, for better fit.

My husband likes the fit, but we found that they cannot go into the dryer as they shrink significantly in their length when dried.
