This is a great product. The taste is unique, but I actually like it It has definitely helped me control my stress and my cortisol and may even be helping reduce my belly a bit (combined with weight lifting and a calorie deficit).

I’m glad I ordered this. When I’m feeling restless and overwhelmed, I’ll take about 10 drops. Asleep within an hr. after taking it. I feel relaxed and recharged the next morning. The taste isn’t bad at all.

I like this ashwaganda, but I'm used to a tincture being made with alcohol. This tastes like honey. Not complaining about the taste! it just isn't what I expected. It is very calming, but mild. Still effective. Good value for the price. I personally will probably go back to ashwaganda powder or get a differently made tincture. I think this would be good for someone who is just trying out ashwaganda for the first time.
