It’s comfortable. We had a 4” pad but it was far too soft. The 2” is much better for us. I don’t think it’s too hot. What makes me hot are blankets and Menopause.

Expanded immediately after opening. We did however let it sit for another 24 hours to allow for maximum expansion. Fit my king mattress perfectly. I foolishly agreed to purchase a firm mattress a few years ago and I've been searching for ways to make it more comfortable. Felt as if I was sleeping on a cloud rather than a board!! Durability to be determined.....

You get what you pay for. This is a light weight low density foam, not a high density gel memory foam. It will provide some padding but don’t expect it to “support” you in any way. It will be OK for my needs but if you want a heavy high density foam topper this won’t be for you. Does it have “memory” - yes, but all foams have memory but a low density foam will forget sooner than a high density foam. The “gel” swirls appear to be nothing more than blue dye.

I got the 1.5 inch pad and didn't expect it to make much of a difference. It definitely adds another layer of softness above our mattress. We'll see if it holds up.

I like to go camping a lot and before i set up my tent, i like to try and brush out the area and make sure that nothing will poke me from underneath the tent. Often times i miss a couple of rocks and it'll jab into me.My tent is too small for any sort of air mattresses and i didn't want to buy an expensive mattress topper because, id have to cut it to size in order for it fit inside my one person tent.it was perfect for exactly that and was able to get a goods night rest

I waited to write a review for a bit to really give it a chance. This is absolutely nothing like the description. It’s incredibly hot to sleep on. We keep our bedroom cool (68*) and we are roasting on this foam! Definitely sad it’s too late to return.

It's very fluffy - seems a lot like regular old foam rubber. Over the years I have used many memory foam toppers and this is definitely the wimpiest of them all. Didn't notice anything special about the "cooling" either. Oh well.

this product is not dense enough and does not hold up well at all It is no better than a piece of foam rubber that you can get at Joann fabrics
