Beneke XM20 Tuffy Black Wood Toilet Seat

It's like giving my bathroom a mini facelift. I think a matte finish black toilet seat on a white toilet, in a black & white tiled bathroom is very classy looking. I am pleased with the quality, it's nice and thick, not one of those thin flimsy cheap deals you might find in a discount store. It arrived in perfect condition, no nicks or scratches or anything and was very easy to install. I expect it will last for years to come.

The toilet seat is great looking but it already broke and we only had it for 2 weeks. The screws that attach the seat to the hinge came out of the wood and as I threw away the box I guess I'm stuck with it. Should have kept my old one.

I have had this about 2 months, but so far it has been great. I replaced a plastic seat with this, & it has a bit of heft to it. My decision was based on another "Tuffy" seat I found on another stool in my house that is over 20 years old.

Cracked within a month of only 2 people using it.

We rent our house and replace the toilet seat covers every couple of years. The ones I used to buy at Home Depot are no longer made. Because of that, I discovered these. They are a great product at a great price.

I have a black toilet and a wooden seat feels more durable and this is just what I was looking for.
