The only pulsations that should be controlled or adjusted are 300 Hz or lower. Depending on the work type, the light flickering should not strain the eyes if it does not exceed 10% for visually-focused tasks, and is not higher than 20% for all other tasks. The office monitor should not flicker more than 5%.
