Like all Standard Process this is an excellent product. It works for me.

My buddy's customer is the actual inventor of this particular product. She took the seeds to SP farm in WI. I was recommended to use one in the AM as soon as I wake up to help with my menopause symptoms by Natural Pathic. SO I take one every morning.

Not sure if this was effective or not. My doctor gave it to me for mycoplasma but I still ended up needing antibiotics
