The DREO is very well made and easy to use. I particularly like the color mode options, controls are simple a easy to use. It's whisper quite, and looks great. The price was great and it's very good quality. Well worth it and it, works great. Compared to the other Humidifiers I picked this one because of the ratings n reviews, I really like that it has a large tank then the other. It was a good choice

Some helpful hints I found have helped to keep this humidifier working. First, make sure the tape and Styrofoam block are removed from the product. Second, when filling the tank, make sure that room temp water is added, especially the for the first time. Hot water may damage the seal. Third, do not fill water above the MAX level. The extra weight may cause leaks in the seal. Fourth, all small humidifiers like this will get bacteria/mold if not cleaned every 2-3 days. It is the nature of having water heating up for days without cleaning. If you don't like cleaning it every three days, understand that there will be mold/bacteria inside the base's small tank. It's just that simple. Cleaning is easy, but it takes some time to thoroughly clean the unit. ... and fifth, make sure NO water gets in the part that looks like a tower on the base's smaller tank. A small amount will flood the air intake and the electronics' board. This will mess up the controls. If it does happen, use a blow dryer on low to try and dry the board at the base of the unit. Otherwise, a couple of days should dry it out. If it isn't severely flooded, it may still work. Also, NEVER put anything but water in the tank when in use. Vicks, scented oils, or anything else will wreck this humidifier. The only thing I use in the tank is white vinegar to clean and descale it, but after that kind of cleaning, I rinse it out thoroughly and then dry it completely. Keep in mind, tap water is not the best water to use (lots of minerals) which is why white dust from this humidifier can go everywhere in the home and stick to the inside areas of the humidifier. Best to use distilled water or at least buy a demineralizing cartridge if using tap water (they last 4-6 months). Hope these helpful hint work for your humidifier. Took a lot of trial and error beforehand, but once I used this information, there hasn't been an issue yet with my Dreo humidifier or any of my previous humidifiers. Best of luck UPDATE: I started to have some issues with dust just like what others have be experiencing. I contacted Dreo by email and customer rep, Carol Hesung, was able to help resolve the problem. While suggesting that distilled water is the best way to combat the dust, I mentioned it wouldn't work out for me due to the high cost of distilled water per month. Carol understood and offered a complete refund for this unit and for the larger unit I purchased. Not only that, the demineralizing cartridge filter (3-pack) I bought was also refunded. Carol said there was no need to return any of these products. Not only was I pleasantly surprised with this outcome, it proved to me that Dreo is all about making it right for the customer if problems arise. With the actions Dreo has made, I will definitely recommend them and make future purchases from this company. Their customer service has been stellar and I wish other businesses would follow their lead. The Dreo team puts customers first and that is one of their best services offered. Thank you Dreo and thank you Carol. I was able to set the Dreo up quickly and finally get some moister back into my room. So far, this is product is working very well. It is super quiet, compact and easy to take apart, clean and put back together. There are many easily operated controls for such a small unit. 4L is quite small for my living room, but for a small bedroom, this will do the trick. I am pleased with the looks, the style, the easy operation, the light system, but most of all the steam output and the way you can direct the steam is an added bonus. If this can last as long as my old humidifier of 9 years, then I will be that loyal customer only to Dreo for sure. It really is a good humidifier even for its smaller footprint. Definitely recommend.

Works perfectly. Looks great especially with blue light on. Never owned a humidifier before. I feel so much better with this on. No runny nose or other breathing problems. Sleep much better. I hate that I have to keep buying mineral water but it’s worth it. Very quiet and easy to set up and clean

I have been happy with this humidifier. It's very quiet, compact, and increased the humidity in my bedroom. It has a long runtime, a cool light that you can adjust or turn off, and it shuts itself off if it runs out of water. However... The last few nights my dog has been really restless and wanting to go outside multiple times during the night. I thought he was having bathroom issues but he would just go out there and sit there, refusing to come back in. Once I did get him in, he started trembling like he was scared. The only thing that had changed was this humidifier, so I shut it off. After that he calmed right down and was fine. He's very sensitive to any sort of beeping but there was nothing I could hear. Not sure if he was hearing something. Just a weird thing to mention if you have a sensitive pup.

Easy. Helpful. I’m a first time user. I’ve been having so much dryness and larangytis the last few winters. I’ve been running this at night with a breathe easy oil - my life is changed. I’m waking rested and I can breathe and speak! Don’t wait. It’s super quiet and light is warm and wonderful. Important to know - this is cool, it doesn’t fill your room with heat and humid condensation. Just healthy moisture you won’t even notice until you realize you’re winter mornings are easier on the head and chest!

I like the look of the humidifier and it runs very quiet. I barely know it's on, even when it's running at the highest 3-bar setting. I like the cool blue light in it with water effects seen thru it. The size is perfect and it's a good value for the money. Easy to take apart to clean. Just lift the water tank off. A simple humidifier that looks cool. Recommended.

I am loving this humidifier! So glad I got it. It works well, is quiet and I love the teal backlight. I could turn the light off at night since I like it dark to sleep, but it hasn't been bothering me at all. It puts out a nice mist. I've been running it on high as it has been very dry here so it doesn't last anywhere near 36 hours. That's probably on the lowest setting. I don't mind filling it back up more often since it helps so much.

Ohne wenn und aber. Das Gerät verdient einen super, ein Dankeschön, ein hervorragend! Super leise, kaum zu hören, Luftbefeuchtung und die Nutzung von ätherischen Ölen funktionieren einwandfrei. Super leicht zu bedienen, fantastisches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in diesem Fall!

Je l adore . J utilise de l eau déminéralisée pour ne pas abîmer le plastique . On sait régler l orientation au dessus pour l envoie de l humidité dans la direction souhaitée . L appareil ne fait aucun bruit . On peut le mettre en mode nuit : il n y a pas de bruit qui nous empêcherait de dormir ! Je le recommande. J ai trouvé derrière l appareil : un compartiment où on peut mettre qq goutte d huile essentielle dedans ( voir photo ) : comme ça on ne doit pas mettre l huile directement en contact avec l eau . La diffusion de l huile se fait sentir malgré tout . Il y a 2 autres tampons de remplacement dans la boîte pour d autres odeurs et une petite brosse pour le nettoyage de l appareil. Cette appareil est top et m a permit de moins tousser quand j avais la gorge très sèche . Je vous le recommande vivement
