The laptop was like a new one without any wear and tear. It's been working really well so far. No issues at all. I use it for taking online classes and other documentation purposes.Last month (5th month of usage), there was a problem with the display. When I contacted the customer support of NewJaisa (the seller), they promptly resolved the issue by replacing the display covered under the warranty. They were very supportive and responsive as well with multiple follow-ups.For my usage, it is really worth the purchase!

Although Product is Good and quality was above expected but when it comes to claim warranty then it become zero service from Amazon as well as Seller, Amazon customer service team is simply helpless and not even know about service part as they are just helpless to provide solution to my issue and after 26 Days they dont even have the patient to here the issue and they are not in condition to provide resolution to my concern. Also Seller never contacted me to here the problem

Hi,I had bought this laptop in the month of May 2024 for personal use.After a month of working correctly, the laptop developed issues of switching off & switching on by itself suddenly while using.This switching off issue started happening every 2 minutes making it impossible for me to work.I contacted Amazon customer care for resolution and they said they can’t help and asked me to contact the seller - King Laptop (Brightex Solutions Pvt Ltd, Bangalore).I spoke to the owner Mr. Katti and visited their office myself hoping for quick resolution.After the concerned technician tried fixing it, it was discovered the laptop had hardware issues & was not able to be fixed immediately.Understanding my urgency and the situation, Mr. Katti handed over a replacement laptop to me which seems to work even better than the first one.I really appreciate Mr. Katti’s work ethics & his commitment towards customer satisfaction for giving me a replacement laptop.Thank You Mr. Katti.People in & around Bangalore wanting refurbished good laptops can either order fromAmazon or directly visit their Banashankari office, you won’t be disappointed.

The media could not be loaded. I have been a loyal Amazon customer for years, always trusting the platform for its reputed service. However, my recent experience with UsedYetNew, a seller on Amazon, has been nothing short of a disaster, and sadly, Amazon’s handling of the situation has left me utterly disappointed.I purchased a refurbished Lenovo laptop from this seller on 22nd June 2024, fully trusting Amazon and opting for their extended warranty for peace of mind. To my dismay, the laptop failed after barely a month of usage, becoming completely unusable as of 22nd July 2024.After weeks of persistent follow-up, the seller finally agreed to a replacement, which I received on 4th September 2024. Shockingly, this replacement worked for only 30 minutes before it too died. Since then, I’ve been in constant communication with Amazon, but the situation has only deteriorated further. Despite Amazon repeatedly assuring me that they were “working on my ticket,” no meaningful resolution has been provided for the past two months.As if this wasn’t enough, on 25th September 2024, the seller collected the faulty laptop under the pretext of sending yet another replacement. It has now been over nine days, and I am left with no laptop, no communication, and no solution. The seller is completely unresponsive, not answering emails or calls, while Amazon continues to deflect responsibility and directs me to contact the seller—who, as stated, has been avoiding all communication.The lack of accountability from both Amazon and the seller has caused an enormous amount of frustration and wasted time. I trusted Amazon to provide a platform where buyers and sellers alike are held to standards of reliability and accountability. However, this experience has left me feeling abandoned by a company I once trusted deeply.I hope this reaches the right audience and that Amazon steps up to assist and resolve this issue immediately. As a loyal customer, I expect much better than this endless cycle of negligence and unresponsiveness.
