Broken door hanger and HOOK and NO WHERE WAS IT MENTIONED IT CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REPLACED.
The round knob on the hook is broken, fell out before I could even unwrap the package. I Cannot hang clothes otherwise the clothes will tear.and now I have been told that this item cannot be replaced nor returnedThank you Amazon for selling me a dud!
