I use an acne body wash and then this product after the shower daily. Since starting this routine I have had NO breakouts! I love this product. Gives a tingly minty sensation on sprayed areas. It is very potent though! So maybe don’t spray in an in closed bathroom, or you’ll be trying to catch your breath.

Smells very strong like you want to move as soon as you spray it. I like this brand though and the spray function is easy to use. I think it’s helping but no miracles.
