I use this for my home workouts with weights. The bench comes in three pieces and took 5 minutes to assemble. Very easy. It's heavy to move but that's expected.Not much to dislike - the bench folds away in 20 seconds and is quite compact and slides under my table.It's also - when flat - a bit lower to the ground than some of the benches I've used in gyms, which - for me - is a positive.I also use it on my wooden floor when inside, and it has plastic feet which have not marked anything yet.I benched 40kg without the bench wobbling, so all good so far.I haven't used the round pads around the end of the bench though (presumably for hooking your feet under and doing sit ups).Good value for money.

I was cautious buying this product due to the low price. The video on the items page persuaded me as it seemed easy to put together and sturdy on the demonstration. I am delighted with the bench, I have been using it for a few more this now and it is sturdy and very well built. I hardly ever leave reviews on products but I am so impressed with this that I feel I should. If you want a sturdy weights bench then this is a very good product at a reasonable price.

This is a great bench for the money. It doesn't get 5 stars because although it's good it's not perfect.The faults:It arrived with quite a few dinks and scratchesIt's not straight, it's not out by much, when I look from above its kinkedThe welding is messy, the spatter hasn't been cleaned off properly before painting.The backrest covering is creased in one corner as it's not fitted correctly.For me personally I would have liked the 90 degree position if it were about 85 degreesNone of the above affect the function of the bench although I did slide off the bench in the decline positionThe good bits:It's sturdy and stable, it has the best maximum load I could find for the money. I've had 350 lb on it so far and it hasn't budged.It has a good range from decline to 90 degreesIt feels safe, the locking bolts to adjust the seat and a backrest feel secure and strongIt's very, very easy to assembleIt's easy to fold up and store.The padding is good.What's not to like, would recommend it

I have had this bench for over 4 months. It was very easy to assemble (about 20 minutes). It is very stable and feels plenty strong enough for the workouts I do (2 x 10kg dumbbells). When setting the angle of the back rest (the long side) it is important to tighten the lock screw fully each time you make an adjustment. People who complain about the hole wearing, where the lock screw locates in, probably don't tighten this up. The overall quality is plenty good enough for what I do. I use the bench about 3 or 4 time a week. It is very simple to fold and store, you just remove a pin from underneath, pull the centre up and the bench folds in half, you then refit the pin back in hole so you don't loose it. For general home use this bench is ideal.

What a great weight training bench for the price. Bought it as the one I replaced didn’t have the adjustable seat.Very comfy to use, very steady weight bench. Another feature I like, is when laid flat on the bench pressing. Both the seat and back rest are chamfered allowing the base of your back to rest in it. The locking mechanism on both the seat and back rest is very secure and easy to use. All in all for the money you can’t go wrong.

It’s great, super sturdy, super stable. I’ve seen similar for double price, decided for this one even worried a bit about quality but I did good decision. Definitely recommended

Item has tickets almost all the boxes so far, shame it is not full leather but it is strong, easy to assemble and de-assemble and the seller was very responsive and helpful as I need it the delivery to be quick. May update in a few months time as have only used a few time now but so far I am very please with this bench! Hope it it helpful for others when they read this review.

Great bench ,I have only one problemthe seat should be just as wide as the ankle supports , the seat is 1ft wide and ankle supports is 1 ft 4inch wideI have large legs @ 25” each , so when doing any incline workout the backs of my knees rest half off the seat makes it a little unstable and dig’s into the backs of the knees , otherwise it’s sturdy , backrest and seat padding is good

After a careful review of several benches I chose this one. One of my best decisions! This is an excellent bench, especially for the money. It arrived 2 weeks earlier than projected which was a nice surprise! I found it very easy to assemble. Only had to look at the photos to make sure I did it right. Comes with 2 good quality wrenches. All you have to do is take out the 6 bolts, attach the legs front and back, and reinsert the bolts. Could not be easier. Bench is sturdy, easy to adjust, and looks great! It's not the best in terms of the weight it can hold so if you are looking to lift 200 lb weights it's probably not for you. But otherwise, it's perfect.

Nice solid bench. Works as intended. Can be folded away for storage.Shipping was prohibitory expensive, but I suppose it is quite bulky.

I weight 250 and bench press 200. It holds up for what I need!

Not wanting to waste anymore Covid Lockdown Time my unused office is slowly becoming a gym. Super impressed by my new weight bench. Real leather (sorry PETA) tested to 550lbs AND took me less the 5 minutes to assemble. It even came with two REAL wrenches. So happy with my latest purchase. Very Sturdy and delivered a week faster than they estimated. Really love it.
