Changed my life
I don't know if this will work for everyone, but for me this has been absolutely amazing.I loved milk and everything made from it growing up. By the time I was 30, though, milk had decided it didn't like me back. I spent years thinking I had IBS, it was so bad. Lactose is in a lot of things I didn't realize, but eventually I did figure it out and I started trying to manage it.I refused to give up cheese and would have to take 3 or more lactaids every time we ate anything containing it. Every once in a while I would give in and get a milkshakes from BK because milkshake.I had not drank a glass of milk in years because I would have horrible cramping and be stuck in the bathroom for an hour plus everytime. No matter how many lactaids I took. And I hate those pills, they start dissolving and get stuck in your mouth and just feel gross.Anyways, after all that tmi, I saw these and laughed at them. If there was some kind of miracle drug that ended lactose intolerance, the world would already know about it. It was a hoax, a scam, not a chance was I throwing away $30 on something I had never heard of that had no reviews. After on particularly bad nacho night where I forgot to take my lactaid early enough, I was desperate enough to try. So I ordered a stupid $30 bottle of what I was sure was snakeoil, and waited the full 2 weeks for it to show up because of course it wasn't next day or anything convenient.First day, tried to eat cheese. Horrible cramping, lots of cursing and "I told you so". Thankfully my husband actually read the directions, because it says very clearly it takes several days to actually take effect. So I kept taking it, every morning when I woke up like clockwork.About a week later I stopped taking lactaid. Cheese was fine, no real issues. I tried a small glass of milk and right back in the bathroom I went. But, the convenience of not having to worry about anything less than pure milk was amazing enough. I mean, I'd basically already quit milk, so not drinking it wasn't a huge problem.About a month after starting it, my kids were having oreos and milk. Loss of willpower ensued. However, the trip to the bathroom I had resigned myself to never happened. I was fine. Repeated experiments showed that dairy no longer hated me. Milkshakes are no longer a threat to anything but my waistline, and I gave up on that years ago. This pill has been a life-changing experience for me. I don't know if I'm just lucky or if this will work for everyone, but I will be taking this for my entire life. I really hope they help others as much as they help me, purely for a selfish reason. I never want them to stop making them.On that note, a subscribe and save option would be amazing, so if the seller happens to read this, please consider it. I have a horrible time remembering to buy anything before it runs out. I just realized this morning I was running low and the new package won't be here for 2 weeks.

It works!
This works for me! Makes a huge difference. It took 2 weeks before it started working but now I no longer need to take a pill every time I eat anything dairy. Very happy customer.

Amazing product!!
Was hesitant to try after reading the other review but decided to give it a try anyway. Have been dealing with lactose issues for over 10 years and Lactaid-type products did not always help. Will be buying this product for the forseeable future!

Not really worth the price
This product gave me an upset stomach the first week I thought it was normal while May e my system needed to adjust after wards the only thing it did was delay the symptoms of eating dairy and yes less bloating Less not none and as for symptoms they were very much still present instead my happening right away they were delayed by like 2-5 hours not consistent

extreme gas and pain for 9 hours after first dose - not worth the risk to try a second day
The manufacturer website says "slight intestinal discomfort in a small proportion of users during the initial days". It may be a small proportion of users (I am only one), but it was NOT slight intestinal discomfort - it was major bloating, cramps, pain, explosive gas and diarrhea all night at about 15 minute intervals. Their website says this goes away after "initial days". I am not going to try it. Back to generic lactaid for me-it works gently and effectively, with no such side effects.

This is basically microdosing
With a lot of allergens, if you stop eating or subject yourself to the allergen less, overtime the issue will grow. Lactose is an allergen, although a different type, it does irritate certain areas of the body if not broken down. I have taken some of these products from other brands. Most tend to give a lot of probiotics for your microbiome which produces lactase. If you are extremely sensitive to lactose, this one may hit you a bit hard. I am specifically going to this one because it's supposed to contain microdosing of lactose. Issues may occur for those with extreme lactose intolerance. If you have this issue, I recommend using a probiotic like digestive advantage dairy probiotics first (what I did, they work well but icecream is a nono.). They are like lactase (lactaid) tablets on steroids and also strengthen your gut. After a few weeks, then try this. But dont expect you can eat icecream same day. It will probably require a couple months of use. I will bring updates after some time.
