Great cup!
I love that it is lightweight and so far, my water has stayed very cold. Haven't used it for coffee yet. I love the handle. The top is a little difficult to remove, but as long as the rubber stays good, it's worth the effort. I like the bottom is rubber- does't slip!

The wood bamboo is nice but I wanted a travel cup
The lid was very hard to get on and off. It is cheap compared to the rest of the cup and is now broken. The wood bamboo is nice but I wanted a travel cup. I would not recommend this product.

Cracked Bamboo
I was really excited to purchase this mug. I'm a woodworker and appreciate the look and design. However, I have had to return 2 different mugs as they both arrived with a very visible crack in the bamboo from top down. One was halfway down (photo) and the other almost all the way down. Unfortunately I won't be trying a third.

Arrived broken where handle attaches. Awesome looking/feeling product, but quality needs to improve.

Not a good one
I would do 0 stars if I could. The mug looked ok when arrived but as soon as I put coffee on it and try it realized it wasn’t a good mug. Not good quality and leaked. The lid doesn’t seal. For the price I was expecting something way better. I contacted costumer service and sent pictures of the mug and how it leaked.

LID IS AWFUL
Mug is super cute but the lid gets stuck and you kind of have to force it out with your nails to open, it's not practical at all.
