Good and inexpensive trainers
Always a bit of a lottery buying footwear especially online. Have always been a UK 10 but in the end the 11.5 fitted really well (with a bit of extra room). Very light, they look pretty good and a great price. Just doing the final road test in the house before I head outside with them and they're very comfortable. I'll just be wearing them as general knock-about footwear. Finally they do slip on/off without messing about with the laces.

A pretty decent budget running shoe that just lasts and lasts.
My first pair of running shoes. Did they make me any faster? I doubt it. But they absolutely do make my runs more comfortable! Quite a few people have mentioned durability and grip issues with their's but honestly, on dry pavements and roads, they're absolutely fine. I've put 950km (590 miles) on mine in about 5 months, and the tread is probably worn about half way to the point i'd feel like they'd need replacing - I need to replace my Salomon hiking shoes after about 600-750km to put it into comparison. So these should easily last 4-5x longer! Happy with the styling - i'm not big on bright standout colours so the all black design is perfectly fine for me. The extra thickness in the soul took a bit of getting used to, and the shoes themselves took about 2 weeks to break in properly. But other than that, since i've kept them dry, they still look fairly new, which i'm surprised at. A point of note on the sizing - the front of the shoe is quite wide and i've noticed they can be quite noticeable using them in tight spaces or on my bike. I've also started using them as a comfortable shoe after long 20-25km hikes in my Salomons that cost 3x as much, so that should tell you everything you need to know. All in all. A half decent budget shoe that i'll probably buy again.

Fantastic Running Shoe UA
Absolutely love my UA Charged Surge 4 shoes, I am not a big runner but walk on average 2500 kms a year so they get well used and I have repeatedly bought this shoe online once I wear out the old ones. Comfortable and offering really good support they are stylish and great looking too.

Yes yes YES!!
Does what it says. Really... it does!! I started c25k with trainers. I thought that was all I needed. Sore feet! Shin splints! Then I thought about changing my footwear and OH MY F. ING GOD what a game changer!! Fit, quality and value for money ✔️ Comfort ✔️

More of a fashion trainer or maybe plain gym ones
Also the triple black has a silver shimmer to them. Narrow fit and the soles inside feel a little uncomfortable. Pretty but returned. I cannot see many men wearing these. Shame as they are nice trainers but not suitable in my opinion for gym classes which is my need
