I try supplements all the time and mostly they have no effect. This product has so many potential benefits that I figured I would give it a try. I dont know why or how but I just feel better almost like this product is fulfilling some kind of deficiency. I felt better within a few hours of taking it. More energy more alert every unwanted chore task or responsibility seems just a tad less annoying. On the other hand my brother who I immediately shared it with had little to no effect on his first dose, time will tell everyone is different. As a 41 year old man I seem to just be getting more tired every year but I have to say I've found myself saying and noticing myself feeling fantastic. I also take colostrum and exercise atleast 3 times a week, adding ashwagandha to that regimen has helped me not only feel like I can get through the workout but also makes it easier to get it started.

These are okay but you have to take 3 pills to take a correct dosage.

I was looking for something natural to use for stress, I bought another brand and ended up not liking it, I went to the reviews and this one had good ones and good price, along with other things I was looking for on it. I went to a major stressful “ time “ and this really helped me to manage it. I can sleep with this supplements and that was something almost impossible for me. I give this to my teenage daughter to relieve stress and depression in a healthy way. I knew I didn’t want to give her any bad things or prescription drug, so I started doing some research and found this and I am so glad I did. It took me to try two other brands and I am really pleased with this one. This one doesn’t make me sick and I feel it’s strong enough. I only give half the dose to my daughter and an advise I can give you, drink this at night, I drink it at least 20, 30 before I want to go sleep because you will go to sleep when you drink it. I recommend this product and I will keep buying. Thank you.

I was talking with my older brother (by two years) and he was relating to me his experiences with testosterone supplements from his primary doctor.
