Refurbished bargain
Got a refurbished item at a fantastic discount. I wasn't fussed about it being mint, but it did seem to be absolutely spotless. Sure enough I dinked the door moving it into the kitchen anyway. Slightly smaller footprint than individual fridge & freezer but seems roomy enough. The adjustable front feet - take care as fully extended/unscrewed the foot will come off and need refitting. Most of the freezer shelves are open and not all drawers like my previous freezer. So stack tidily.

Customer service is shocking, fridge freezes all our food!
We bought this as we have a big family and needed more room, it’s the worst decision we have ever made, the freezer works great but the fridge freezes all our food even on the highest setting. We have contacted Amazon and the customer service has been horrendous, it’s been over a week and still not heard from an engineer to repair the American fridge freezer so we are left without a fridge or a refund to buy another! We have tried everything and nothing seems to fix the problem. I definitely wouldn’t buy a high value bulky item from Amazon again.

Superb, capable, friendly delivery team.
This had to come in through a tight gap and weighs 100kg. The delivery team were superb. Friendly and helpful. Unwrapped it outside. Took the handles off. They went the extra mile to carefully get it into the house with no damage. I could not be any happier with them. The fact the fridge has wheels on is very helpful. Very smart fridge with a big enough capacity to feed my hollow-legged family.
