Q: Could anyone tell me the ingredients please? x

Vegetable oil ( rapeseed oil, certified sustainable palm oil) salt, emulsifier , lecithins, flavouring(contains butter oil(milk)) beta carotene

Q: Does this come in a smaller size. If not how long does it keep?

No doesn't come in smaller size but lasts ages and doesn't need to be in fridge. I normally decant mine into smaller bottle, use for all my cooking and is especially good for roast potatoes. I also use to make a roue for sauces, add to the flour instead of melting butter and for mash potatoes. Brilliant product. Been using for at least 10 years.

Q: Is this nice on jacket potatoes

It goes well in mashed potatoes but not tried on a jacket . I'm sure it would be lovely. Tastes very buttery so should be fine.

Q: Can you do roast potatoes in oven with this product

Use it for everthing/mash/roasts/baked Frying just a for Makes cooked veg taste lovely
