Easy to put together
Looks good and sturdy, haven't used it yet but it looks like it will preform great.

Nice unit.
Easy to assemble, medium weight, sized right for most scooters (can even fit the doggies carriage on it too). Quality is good for the price. Ramp could be a bit longer to ease the angle of loading and the lock pins are a bit short/kinda cheesy - I replaced them with S/S fast pins from the marine store. Came in real handy to tote bales of pine straw home from the nursery, so it's has multiple uses.

It is heavy, should have ordered one made out of aluminum.
Does not fit a truck, you need to order a different hitch, one that has at least a 6" drop.

Lack and help from amazon.
The item looks good but was missing all the hardware, the tie down straps and the bolts. After numerous messages with the vendor I have still have not gotten anything from them. Will never use them again and am very disappointed with with Amazon's lack of help in resolving this problem.

Very Difficult to load the wheel-chair on it. Do Not Recomend it for SUV's
Well. Did not expect it to be heavy duty for this price, but what can I say, it holds the scooter-mobile with me on top of it.The REAL ISSUE that I have with it is it's too high off ground. I have an SUV with already low hitch, (about 12in off ground), but the setup this thing comes with, raises that by about another 3 inches. That results in the Ramp Angle Too High, which results in the chair either getting hung up on the belly, or front or back wheels hanging. So either way, can't get it on without major assistance (heavy pushing).I suppose it would work fine on even lower cars, like sedans, but I would not recommend it for SUV's.

Installed but not use to carry anything yet. Seems sturdy and the sway bracket really snugs things up nicely. Assembly was a breeze! Watch video in the description… very easy.I put this on a 2022 Chewy Equinox and will use it as a dog ramp as well for my Basset hound to get in and out of the hatch without lifting him.

It's a kit
I could have bought this in aluminum. It probably would have returned to pieces. My van is low and this drags occasionally and has bent. I put hard rubber bumpers in my coil springs and that helped a lot. Be fastidious with your speed controller when loading your go buggy. Thank you well built Pacific Islander for putting my cart back on the carrier. Do not try to put a hitch square expander on your little square hitch and think this will work. Loaded it will tear itself off.
