Q: Is this product a genuine Isagenix product and is the date a non-expired date?

It IS a genuine Isagenix product and NOT outdated. Mine is dated 02/2016. My issue is the taste, it's horrible, no matter what I add to it. I've only made 2 shakes. You can save your $$ and have mine!

Q: Can you mix the shake at night and drink in the morning?

Not recommended, should drink it shortly after you mix it.

Q: What do you mix it with?

Regular milk (75%), Isalean shake 3 spoons, water 15%.Occasionally I would mix the Dutch chocolate with 2 teaspoons of instant coffee (I personally like Nestle's classic).I find that 2 spoons in 8oz is a too high concentration. I put 3 spoons in 15oz of liquid (totalling 16Oz).

Each container makes 14 shakes.
