I’m pretty social so I’m constantly handing my phone to others for one reason or another & I’ve had quite a few girls comment on how heavy it is. I suppose when I first got it it did seem heavy but you get used to it. I only ever notice it when I’m on my phone for hours on end & my pinky starts telling me to calm down lol but that’s rare.It comes with a screen protector which at first I was not a fan of but it has saved my screen from being scratched super bad at least twice.The super awesome part I didn’t realize when selecting this case was that it comes with a button for the mute button on the side. That’s cool. I especially like the triangular shape of it.The camera cover at the back at first was really tight and obviously needs to be broken in but now it’s easy to slide open and close. I can even do it with one finger. actually now the issue is that it opens a little too easily so every time I’m holding it I’m always subconsciously pushing it closed. I also thought that it had a little cool texture printed on or maybe lasered on it but no. After two months I accidentally peeled a corner & ended up removing the whole thing. Its like a wax paper sticker. Now the case looks cleaner but the scratches are more obvious sonce its a flat surface.The only thing I absolutely dislike about the phone is the middle thing in the back that is supposed to pop out to prop up your phone for viewing purposes. I find that the angle is too narrow, and I also find out the little plastic thing is difficult to pop out. At first it was super difficult. I had to use my nail to pop it out and it hurt. The plastic is really sharp so if you pop it out incorrectly, you run the risk of poking yourself. Now that I have broken it in a little bit it’s a little easier to pop out but if say, for example, you just woke up in the morning and you’re making a cup of coffee and you’re watching a podcast or whatever and you pop it out because you’re gonna put your phone next to the coffee machine for a minute or two will in the morning you’re not gonna be feeling like feeling a little bit of pain just a pop it out just so you can pop up your phone. But I did buy this phone with the idea of purchasing a wireless charger for it sometime in the future. Instead, I have only managed to buy actual wired chargers for pretty much anywhere I am at; office car home. I do need to invest in a wireless charger because this phone cases totally capable of wireless charging, which is awesome. Which is why the middle back thing is plastic in the first place.I do wish they would re-design this product and give us an option to be able to remove the middle back thing and replace it with a whole different thing like for example, I kind of miss using pop sockets even though a pop socket on this case would seem ridiculous.I bought the green one because I had in mind forests and trees and nature but the more I look at it the more it looks like an army green. And I love rugged things things that look grungy. I definitely do not like my things to look pristine and clean when they’re designed to be used. So The more I use this case in the more it gets a little bit worn the more awesome. It looks bad the same time it reminds me more and more of like a military green like an army green and I’m not feeling that.One cool thing about this case is that it’s completely metal so if you take the time you can literally paint it. Although I’ve been considering purchasing the exact same case but just in a different color just so that I can have two different colors.10/10 — I would recommend.One other thing is so those little three things does a three icons in the back at the bottom. It took me a while to figure out what the middle one was but essentially I think they represent this; the left icon with the water drop is supposed to imply that it’s a waterproof case. Now I 100% percent know that the iPhone 14 pro max is waterproof the case however is only water resistant. The phone case has a tiny little slit at the top at the very top of the screen, so that the speaker can have its opening. It’s like a little tiny slit right on top of the dynamic island. Well that tiny little slit is big enough to allow moisture to go into the screen protector, and when moisture does get in it, it becomes all rainbowy and it becomes annoying. You have to wait for it to dry but when it but it does dry.

Heavy but still the best case I have bought yet!!!

I really liked this case when I first received it (except the kickstand). Heavy duty with attention to details such as the small triangular shaped button installed to access the ringer silencer, the slide to protect the camera lens, the rubber skids to prevent it from sliding across a surface, and enveloping the phone in a honeycombed rubber nest, held together in a metal shell with screws for protection. Then you get to the flimsy plastic kickstand. It looks and feels cheap, and is, especially compared to the rest of the construction. I knew it was going to be the first thing to break. After one month of cautious use, it did. The kickstand is cracked in two places and is unusable. Granted the phone was dropped from a coffee table which cracked the tempered glass but that was one short drop for an advertised military grade protection case. The phone itself was unharmed so I guess the case did what it was supposed to do. I didn't expect to continue buying cases to maintain that protection though. I have replaced the kickstand insert with a piece of thinner plastic and purchased another third party kickstand with an elastic finger hold but I have very little faith the double-sided tape will hold very long. The plastic I inserted is just thick enough so that the kickstand juts out slightly further than the rubber skids, now making them obsolete. I have reached out to the seller through Amazon regarding replacement parts while I determine a better way to repair it or cut my losses and buy something else. UPDATE: Correspondence with the Seller through Amazon has a replacement glass and kickstand on the way to me before my original review was even posted. Thankful for great customer service! I will continue to find a better repair in the event of recurrence.

Definitely not for those that want a slim look. This case is heavy. I like the feel and look. I got the silver one and so far no problems. Screws are holding up and still no paint chips. I’m pretty rough with my phones. Definitely recommend if you want a case that is not lacking in purpose.

Dislike hard time hearing when I answer a call it’s also to heavy it also lifted the top corner of my screen protector will not buy this again

This thing is heavy. Seems very durable. The only real issue is the camera cover. A. Doesn't open far enough to use all 3 lenses. B. Falls off very easy when opening.5-6 updateYup, camera cover is gone.

One star for the supplier and four stars for the product. I have ordered this product two times and the supplier can not get the order correct. I ordered a yellow case and received a black a case. I had a replacement sent out and I received, you guessed it, a black case, same issue. I have been waiting a month for this case and now I will have to wait another two weeks or find a new product. It appears that no one is inspecting their product before items are shipped. The problem is that they have put a black phone case in a box with a yellow bar code. The box is clearly labeled as a black phone case. I noted the problem when I returned the first case.The product looks good and I have used this type of case for other phones and they keep the phone very safe. However, the case does add to the overall size of the phone.

Bought this phone case for my boyfriend, he loves it! Easy to grab on to, pick up.

When I use this case this case my reception seem to drop. There are periods where I show full bars and still have no reception. After a few months of use on all the edges of the case the colour has worn off and is now silver. I will be buying a new case as this one is not working well for me.
