Highly recommended
I used these for a month and could feel improvement with my health, especially improving the mind fog. I believe it also helps you in giving you a bit of an oomph. It's out of stock now and I am waiting for the supplier to restock them. I'm using a different brand at the moment but I don't feel like it is a perfect replacement to this one.

Works well as intended didn't realise you have to take 4 tablets a day, most likely my error in not reading properly in the description. Seems like they don't last as long as I thought they were going to. But other then that they do help with sleep and cognitive function with a balanced diet and consistent use.

L-Threonate form is available only in 2 product of 25+ Mg supplement i investigated here.Quite potent - i feel so silly having popped before Oxide format(oxide format is cheap trash cheaper alternatives tend to fill their products with)

Good selection of magnesium and also zinc
Good price . Like the combination of zinc . Also vits although I prefer vit B6 as P5P. Love no bulking agents or fillers. First time I have tried this make so not had that long to know if it is helping me, but I slept well last night, so fingers crossed.
