I had to wear this cervical collar for 6+ weeks after fracturing C5 and C6. The hospital sold us the initial collar and blue inserts. They get grubby - you sweat, you eat and sleep with it on (if that's possible). We ordered a second set to rotate them out. Great investment. It's actually better, more supportive and comfortable than the original. I'm free of it now and have donated all of to a local group that helps people who don't have enough $$ after accidents, or with other medical issues.

I ordered XS replacement pads. These are not XS. They’re like twice the size. Now my collar doesn’t fit.

This is made out of the same material as the pads that come with the Miami J collar.as you can see the padding on right is the original padding for a size xtra small. The padding replacement is to large. It would work fine for medium size or larger.
