Great textbook for Public Health students
I used this book in the class I teach in Health economics at a school of Public Health. It is just what I was looking for - very little math and much more focused on concepts with lots of examples. Very readable, not jargony. The slides were great as well.

This book is a must read for anyone wanting to understand the economics of today’s healthcare landscape. The author does a great job of incorporating real world examples illustrating how economic theories play a role in healthcare. Lastly, the author’s fun sense of humor makes the read enjoyable!

Interesting book but cheap paper.
Interesting book for basic information. My complaint is that the paper is so thin, one cannot make notes on the pages which is something I like to do. Why didn't the publisher use a better quality paper?
