Reliable and Well Insulated
This bottle is great for insulation value. Keeps water with ice cold even during hot days outside. The lid is leakproof and has an easy to open spout. The gasket gives a reliable seal in and is replaceable if needed. The exterior coating is awesome for grip, but can be scratched if handled roughly.

Cleans More Easily
I've had dozens of stainless steel flasks over the years. Even though several others are 18/8 gauge these see to be of higher quality than others with respect to cleaning and resisting stain. If you have an Instant Pot, you may have noticed that it cleans up as easily as nonstick coated pot as long as you wash it right away or leave it with a full pot of water soaking. The stainless steel is not only heavy gauge but smooth, easy to clean. These Takeya bottles are similar. That's the most important feature to me. I also like the lid, with flexible carrying loop. I expect this may break more easily than others but mine seems to be holding up well and replacements are cheap. I also like the little removable number on the bottom... although it gets stuck in my backpack quite a bit.Textured paint also looks like and is easier to grab. However, it will probably chip eventually. I wish they made an unpainted version with a slip on cover.Still, I think this is the best I've used. Of course it also keeps liquids hot or cold for a long time... but many do that.

It keeps cold things cold and hot things hot, how do it know?
Hands down the best thermos I've ever owned. I've purchased three of these. One for my brother, and one as a replacement because I kept drinking tea out of my first one but did not clean it as frequently as I should've (the rubber sealant rings are great for sealing but also can get a little bit grimy from tea -- SO CLEAN YO SEALANT RINGS!). Okay, also, the perfect size for bubble tea bubbles -- what, you can have a great thermos and be good for the environment at the same time?! Crazy, but true. I put ice cubes in water in it and picked it up a day later -- A DAY LATER -- and there were still remnants of the ice cubes and the water was ice cold. I've burned my mouth because I forgot that things don't cool down in this thermos as the speed they do in other thermoses. Seriously, if you are still reading this and haven't purchased this product, what is wrong with you? I mean, I'm rambling now, and you are still reading. To note: I have absolutely no connection to this company, I just think this is the best beverage container since ... <let's be real, is sliced bread really that big a deal?> ... since I dunno, Tony Stark invented the perpetual energy device he uses to power Iron Man, except, you know, this thermos is a real thing and not only in comic books and fictional movies. Stop reading this and go hug somebody or tell them you love them. Seriously, why are you still reading this? Well, I hope you enjoyed the review. Amazon review mic drop. I'm out.

Great bottle
This is a great bottle, no leaks, fits in most cup holders, the handle feels great and is sturdy. This is a great value since it comes with a silicone boot. The only reason why I can't give it 5 stars is because I find that if I put cold water in the bottle (straight from the fridge) and then leave the bottle in a room temperature (75F) room over night (6-8 hours) the water is no longer "cold" it feels almost room temp (68~F). Ice cubes also melt over night.Haven't tried this with warm/hot water

Long lasting, fave water bottle
Have had ours for 4 years+ with daily use. Survived many drops without the drop guard. We did need to replace the gaskets once and one time lost the cap, but replacement parts were easy to procure from the OEM website. We do not wash iur water bottles with soap everyday, and this bottle somehow is able to still have good tasting water for longish periods of time (compared to my other water bottles).

Keeps things chilled if not icy cold
In the midst of a summer stretch of 100°+ days in August when I got this, I was pretty surprised to find my ice water still had ice the next morning. Now, I'm not sure how much ice I put in, but it must've been as much as I could fit before adding cold water. I say that because I filled it with ice half-way later on and, no ice that time! The circumstances were similar that time. And a week or so later, I filled it with as much ice as possible and then added water, and then took it out and about with me as I was driving to ah errand in the afternoon. It was already 100° by the time I parked and left it on the seat. It was...somewhat tepid when I got back a little later. It was in direct sun for the entire two+ hours, and though the ice was gone, I was still really impressed with it! It was hot to the touch, after all, so having something wet and absolutely not warm was quite a feat!So after that learning curve, I now fill it full of ice, to it off with cold water from the fridge, and if I have to leave it in the car, I set it on the floor where the tinted windows help keep the contents cold.I love how solidly it's made, how effective it is, and really want a couple more in the larger sizes, now!

The Best Water Bottle!
This brand makes a terrific water bottle with a good handle and spout. The wide mouth makes it easy to fill with ice and water. Ice stays cold for 24 hours. The soft cushion bottom slips on and off but protects the water battle from any bumps that would break the vacuum seal. Love it!
