Tomato ricotta pesto. This is worth every penny. I first purchased this sauce a couple of years ago and it was only a few dollars. I fell in love with it immediately and I don't care for jarred pesto. However, it was cheap and I didn't realize how small the jar is. A little goes a long way though. It's so full of flavor. I took my first taste with a spoon out of the jar and had to stop myself from devouring it. You can use it on toasted baguette, too. It was unavailable for quite a while and I had saved one jar and it stayed fresh for a couple of years! I used it last week. I thought, I wonder if it's back on Amazon again? It was, and I bought 10 jars. Boom! I'm going to buy some more and hoard. Especially knowing it stayed fresh, just a little separation, but still wonderful. I personally don't mind paying a little more for such a lovely product that all my family loves. I kinda don't want everyone to know about it because I'm afraid it will be sold out, lol! However, I can't be a meanie and not let you know how freaking delicious it is.Mine was packaged in bubble wrap and delivered safely to my door.Enjoy!

Wow, this is good!! Tried it for the first time tonight; cooked some angel hair pasta, sauteed some diced zucchini w/basil and garlic, then tossed that into the pasta w/fresh grated parmesan, some whole milk ricotta, some black olives and a couple spoons of the tomato pesto. It was quick and delicious; I could see using this in scrambled eggs, soups and other pasta sauces. Will definitely add it to my regular pantry staples.

Good flavor, not overly salty like other brands I’ve tried.

Both the flavor and consistency were terrific. The color and aroma were also very nice.

I guess I didn't pay attention to the ounces. This is very small. I will update regarding taste.UPDATE: It tastes horrible! Nothing like any pesto I've ever had. And of course not refundable.
