First off- pricey! . But I had to try it after reading reviews. The taste takes some getting used to, but I add blueberries or other frozen fruit, sweet and low, and use the blender. Delicious! I am pleasantly full after and will stay so all day. I have in the AM, salad in the PM and some more protein for dinner. I walk around 10 miles a week, and, along with the shake, have lost nearly 7 pounds in a month. The only problem- and it’s a big one- is that my tummy gets bubbly and THAT feeling comes and I gotta go! Quickly! I have very close to several accidents out in public. I see not many reviewers seem to have this issue, so I guess it’s just me. I will only drink one now depending on when I’m gonna be home or out. Not a dealbreaker yet, cause I think I’ve learned the ins and outs and when I can, and cannot, drink one.

After trying a number of different protein powders, including some for 'sensitive digestive tracts', this is the only one that does not bother me. The chocolate is my favorite, but I also love the vanilla and blend it usually with raspberries. Yes, it is not cheap, but neither were the other ones, and this one is great! No stomach/gut issues! Also, the others all had more than four ingredients. My husband loves it, too.

As soon as it arrived, I tried it out. The vanilla meal replacement powder mixed with almond milk and a banana blended was amazing. I have gastroparesis and acid reflux from the gastroparesis. I believe that I need a low fodmap diet also, so I can’t do a lot of ingredients or high fat or high fiber. I did some research and the vanilla meal replacement is supposed to be okay for all 3 diets. I love that it has simple ingredients, no additives, and is tolerable for most digestive issues. The taste is great too, and I’m already craving another smoothie! I will definitely drink this everyday as long as my stomach is okay with it long term since my digestion can be pretty sensitive to most things. I can’t thank the maker enough though for making this product, and I’ll definitely recommend it to others dealing with similar issues that need to have liquid diets. I don’t think it’s too thick either, and I’m so happy that I bought this. Definitely worth the money. If they had carob powder instead of cocoa, I would buy the chocolate one too, but I’m happy that I can at least have the vanilla!

Iam absolutely in love with this product. I just made one for the first time and dranked it in 2 seconds using oatmilk so i haven’t gotten a chance to see how it will effect my body overall yet but from first impression i will buy again. The taste is not sweet its mild but still good definitely not nasty. It blends superb in the blender and i even added one banana to it with chia seeds. The texture was so smooth and silky not grainy or chalky at all like other powders and even though the flavor is mild it still taste good to me. It actually taste healthy without the extra junk. Fall in love immediately. It it has a positive effect on my stomach will be a regular customer. Only thing i don’t like is the price but guess its a little worth it. Smells great too

Finally a meal replacement that doesn't upset my stomach. This product is great! Plus it's dairy free and no artificial sweeteners. I love that it is made from whole food sources.
