Terrible product, taste and consistentency both nowhere near the level of similar products (Even those made by MuscleTech) - Only half a shake drank and the rest binned.

I tried this recently to put on some kgs. The taste is decent but is very sugary sweet although that comes with the flavour I think. I would definitely try different less chocolatey flavours of the same powder. Mixes up well enough in a normal shaker when using 2 scoops for half the stated stats, but anything more than that and you need to blend it to achieve smoothness. To get the numbers from the label in one shake you need to use 4 scoops and the scoop is huge, literally a bucket. The result when blended with milk though is nice and filling, definitely feels like a gains shake. I have found by the end of the shake the sweetness is a bit much but having said that I'll probably buy this again, most likely another flavour

Been adding weight really well with this I do 1 scoop & 300ml of milk x2 a day so it’s not to thick & still being added a KG a week while eating clean also

Best one our there. Tastes good. Doesn't taste sandy when mixed like some other brands. Quick gains. Loved it
