Q: There is no official organic seal? description says white tea but ingredients say black tea. this sound like bs?

Not sure what the organic official seal is on British products.There is a small emblem on the box, on the front. Could be that. Other than that, it states organic and fair trade, and I believe they are a reputable company.First bought this tea in England. The tea is Assam, so definitely black. The bags are strong, compared to most tea bags bought here.

Hello. I looked over the box I have at home carefully but could not find any info as to the country of origin for the tea. Of course it is cut and processed in England and it's all organic - even the bags and the box are biodegradable. I think you'll have to contact the company. I can tell you that I really love this tea. It's difficult to find a black decaf tea that tastes really good, but this one does. I love it. Good luck!

I believe the leaves are pesticide free. The website has extensive information. A friend who had cancer said this was recommended by the Mayo Clinic during her treatment.
