As a medical professional and fitness enthusiast, data, literature, taste, research and quality ingredients, matter to me! I personally have trialed numerous probiotics and my high protein diet just did not agree. Where I found the most effectiveness from this probiotic was in flatulence reduction, less "cramping" and more consistent bowel movements. I was previously told I simply had IBS but this was the fix that worked for me. At roughly a dollar a day, its value is excellent.

I've taken probiotic supplements for many years now, and finished the whole bottle of these. Happy to report that they worked very well for me and I enjoyed a happy gut while taking them. Recommended.

I had never heard of JYM Supplement Science before, but after doing some research on the company I discovered that they are well-known and respected for the various products they sell, which are mainly targeted at people who are serious about exercise and want the highest quality nutritional supplements possible. These probiotic capsules include 11 unique strains of probiotics, which is the most I have ever seen in one product. I hope these will help improve my digestion. I will update this review later after I finish the bottle, if I don't get the results I am expecting.
