JARROW FORMULAS MK-7 Vitamin K2 Softgels, 90 mcg, 60 CT

I wanted to take Vitamin K2 - MK-7 based on the research I have read about it, but I have difficulty swallowing medium and large size pills and capsules have been concerned about the size. Fortunately, this Jarrow softgel is only slightly larger than the Nature's Bounty 500 IU vitamin D softgel that I take and I can swallow both easily! I have used other Jarrow supplements and I like their quality, but I have had to stopped taking their probiotics because I can no longer swallow them. I'm happy that Jarrow has made their K2 MK-7 in a size I can swallow. I wish more supplement manufacturers would realize that many people have difficulty swallowing pills and make an effort to make smaller size pills and capsules by leaving out unnecessary fillers. Great product!

I do like this product. It is easy to consume. However, I cannot tell if it works or not.
