RYOBI12 in. 2000 PSI 1.4 GPM Quick Connect Surface Cleaner for Electric Pressure Washers

Bought this back in March 2024 and used it for the first time in June as wanted to wait for hot weather and no rain to get busy cleaning the driveway. Was I ever glad I bought this Ryobi surface cleaner. In the past I always used the widest spray on my old pressure washer, and it would take forever to clean off the grungy stuff. I decided to buy a Ryobi pressure washer this year, then got this surface cleaner to see if I could get faster results. It worked great and I was thrilled with the results, way, way faster than the spray. I would recommend to anyone on the fence about getting this to get it, especially if you have a long driveway. Cuts the work time way down. I don't use soap, just water, and this cleaner does a great job.

Did a good job of cleaning patio surface and significantly decreased the time it took me due to the area it covers. Not cheap but will save some time. Have only used once thus far so cannot attest to durability.An update: Used today to clean two docks. The one pictured is 50' with 10+ years of grim. The other was 25' with probably 20 years of grim. The results are impressive. I had to use the power head to get in corners and for really tough spots but the Ryobi worked very well and saved a lot of time. The large dock took me about 2.5 hours. You can see the results. The loosened grim was so bad it did gum up the spinner a fair amount. I just used the power head to wash it out and it was back in action. I had been worried a little about the durability as it appears kind of flimsy. But it held up great with no problems.

Started out fine and worked perfectly then suddenly the jets stopped spinning. Took off the nozzles per instructions and did thorough cleaning. Worked again for a short while then stopped spinning once again. This was all within the first use right out of the box!

This unit worked really well with an electric power washer. Used it on concrete walkways and wood deck. Use a steady pace when cleaning to avoid uneven cleaning. If you are not careful while using it on wood decking you could damage the wood. Do not keep it in the same spot for too long when it is in use.

This product is great. It cuts time to clean dirty concrete in half. I think it saves water, too.

Super easy to attach and use. It has pretty good pressure and has been great at removing 20 years of buildup on the driveway. The only drawback is along an edge it leaves about and inch or two. But, that is easily tackled by using the jet attachment that came with the original power washer. This has saved my back so much misery.

The cover is flimsy plastic but the worst part is the spray wand doesn’t rotate - gets stuck or slows to barely moving. I sprayed it every 3-4 mins with WD40 which helped, but very poor design.

I had seen these before and always believed that their claims were more hype than truth but I decided to try one anyway and have been pleasantly surprised. It really works GREAT !!! I did my entire driveway in about one third the time it used to take and it cleaned it better than using my pressure washer alone. I think the key to buying one of these is to make sure you match the surface cleaner, in terms of PSI, to your pressure washer. I sprayed my driveway with a 20% bleach solution using a pump up garden sprayer then used the cleaner and the driveway looked better than it had been in a long time, and 2 months later still looks great. Couldn't be happier.
