I've bought and replaced the same kitchen mat four times, because I love the design, but it tends to fade and the mat looks dirty after about 6 months. Fortunately, the design is no longer available, so I can't continue to throw good money after bad ($8 a pop)! The idea of paying $35 for a kitchen mat is appalling to me--but I DID, just not in one fell swoop! So, I decided to get a solid color mat and spend a little more for one that's arguably better quality. This mat fits the bill. I got the least expensive one ($20), because I wasn't going to spend upwards of $90 (wtf!!!) for a few extra centimeters of foam to make it more comfortable; instead, I kept my old one and put the new one on top of it. And I doubt that the $90 one feels any better! The mat is very comfortable and it really helps alleviate leg fatigue and my persistent lower back pain while standing to do the dishes. I appreciated that there was zero chemical smell when unpackaged, which is common with products of this type. And it has a nice soft gray color that works well in my kitchen. It has a good weight, so I'm confident that it's durable. A problem I had with my old mat is that after a while, it began to feel tacky and my slippers would stick to it (drove me CRAZY!), but I don't anticipate that will be an issue with this new mat, because it has a very light grain on the top surface; the bottom surface is anti-slip. I'm very happy with this purchase.

This item was priced well and is of good quality. The padding is super comfortable on the feet. I use this in my kitchen while I'm cutting fruit and vegetables. The padding has not worn down and it's very easy to keep clean. Just mop or wipe with a wet paper towel and it's ready to go again. Seems pretty durable. It was worth my money to buy it.

The most comfortable mat I've ever been on, but I can't stand looking at wrinkles when I just bought it and I read reviews and that's what people complained about years later. So if you can handle it looking like that, then this one's for you.

Quality good, bottom of mat could have a better grip. Does slide around on tile floor but has good cushion.

I should have gotten a larger model, but this works well in a small and specific spot. We have a dog who is terrified of wind, rain, and especially thunder, and "hides" in a corner of the kitchen cabinets. This so happens to be where this mat has been located and he finds it a very comfortable alternative to the tile underneath. Bonus points that it is easy to clean up the inevitable hair dump when he gets up.

This was less costly than similar mats I've purchased, but unlike those (which shipped flat), this one arrived folded, rolled, and sealed in packaging about the size of a loaf of bread. That left deep creases in it that are still visible even months later. If appearances matter, I'd spend the extra money for a name brand. If it's going somewhere that looks don't make any difference, then this serves its intended purpose and seems to be just as functional and durable as the more expensive mats.

Bought these as a gift for my mom and they arrived rolled up so tightly that even after days of them laying out flat with heavy objects on them they still just would not uncurl and lay flat. It was a shame because they were exactly the color she was looking for and for the price they're good quality but they just won't unroll or uncrease. Thank goodness for Amazons excellent customer service for a refund.

For the size of it it is rather expensive. When standing longer periods the mat compresses and the hard floor can be felt. Also a dirt and dust magnet but easy to clean. Some packing wrinkles that have yet to release.

Too thin. Not much of a help. Can feel the floor after standing for just 5 sec. Mat does not serve its purpose.

Not as soft as I thought it was gonna be. Go-to Costco and get one cheaper and more comfortable. I'm returning the item
