This is potentially the most cost-effective creatine I’ve bought online overall better quality and value than I would say My Protein and bulk. Very fine, easily dissolved and absorbed

I used to take Creatine HCl because regular Monohydrate used to mess with my stomach. Then I read that micronised creatine monohydrate usually solves this issue. I tried this one and it really worked, I can just take it with water not even with food and there's no stomach issues with it anymore which is great because creatine monohydrate is cheaper and a lot better available than creatine HCl

As one of the most highly used suppliments for muscle building I love some creatine, this one doesnt clump in water or juice which is great and no taste. Pretty good sized bag. I would say it is effective but no more or less so than any other brand but its good value for money. Mixes well. Cant complain. would buy again.
