The burners worked great, once I figured out the best way to install them. This was not an issue with the burners, but removing the old ones. The directions and YouTube said to remove the front panel of the grill, which was not possible for a couple reasons. I then proceeded to replace them from inside the grill. Two of the old screws were degraded and difficult to remove, but once that was done I was able to connect the new ones.

I emailed the seller with my concerns, as this is potentially a dangerous issue, but received no reply (I was 5 days past the return window)? My new burner tubes for my Weber genesis E310 ( front knobs 2011-2016) are not working properly? When lit, some of the tubes emit a loud whooshing sound like a jet, before the flame loudly pops on? Other times after manually wiggling the tube it may or may not light properly? I’m thinking that the orifice that attaches to the grill manifold might be incorrectly sized, or I was sent the wrong tubes? I hoped the seller would reply with a solution, but they have not responded? Edit 8/18/25 The seller did contact me and resolved this matter

I have purchased from Qlimetal before and always have had great success. Their products stand out in a sea of imported grill parts from companies with names that come and go. Qlimetal seems to put an extra effort into quality control while still providing value. So, I could kick myself when I bought a set of burners from a different brand. Yeah, I "saved" a few bucks, but they did not fit or match the OEM Weber burners at all. The flat metal part was backwards (notch on wrong side) and too narrow, so they won't sit flat inside my grill. Look at my picture, and you will see that in contrast, the Qlimetal burner tube has the notch on the correct side and the flat part is very close to the Weber OEM. They sit perfectly in my grill. Also note that the Qlimetal delivers burners with the same "slit" openings as the OEM Weber ones. Some other ads here on Amazon by other non-OEM makers apparently show slit openings, but when you get them they have the round openings. How much that matters, I don't know, but I appreciate that Qlimetal burners are designed the same as OEM and you get what they say you will!

My barbecue is covered with a OEM Weber cover so it never gets water on the unit, either rain or dew. So how do these “Stainless Steel” burner tubes rust? The only thing I can think of is that they are not in fact 204 or 201 Stainless Steel since we all know that actual , real , stainless steel does not rust. Other than that the burners work fine and fit the Weber Genesis II just fine.
