Are these individually wrapped?

The one I purchased are individual wrapped. I bought the Hard Candles. I keep some in a candy dish & I keep the rest in the refrigerator so that it would stay Fresh. I been buying this for years. At times I do purchased at Walmart for $ 9.98 for the big bags like this but hard to find. The little bag are costly so to buy the large quantities is the way to go. I hope this helps. Thanks

Whe do the candies ship from? Why do they go thru customs

Not sure from your email where Customs is getting involved are you buying from outside the USA? If so everything that sells out of the USA is required to be declared at customs
