Amazing! Hits those really awkward points just under my shoulder blades like no-one or nothing else ever seems to be able to fix, really easy to get the deep pressure into the muscle that you need as its shape makes it work on a sort of leverage. Really sturdy and heavy like this is solid it’s not flimsy at all - you are supplied a screw driver and screws to assemble but I really struggled and just used my cordless to zap the screws in. Would recommend!

This particular model was recommended by my chiropractor as it is well made. I have used it a few times over the last week on my rhomboid. I can definitely feel that my pain spots are not as painful as when I first started.

Sturdy and reliable, I have found this easy to have to hand in 'home-office' setting and has really helped with neck soreness.Screw holes did not perfectly align, but that is minor issue as the device is well made and does the job in any case. Given 5/5 *s. Price is reasonable for utilisation and effectiveness.

Months and years of back knots. I sit at a computer all day and I slouch like a slouching thing. I spent hundreds on sports massage which did nothing to alleviate the pain and discomfort. Tried rolling tennis balls, cricket balls and any hard surface on my back. Did nothing. Months of waking up in the middle of the night, terrible stress and awful pain constantly.This absolute marvel fixed it all in the first session I used it in. I was sceptical at first, it looks in the pictures like a piece of flimsy plastic. Make no mistake, I'm 6''5 and 110kg and athletic and I hold nothing back when tearing my back apart with this bad boy. It hasn't shown the slightest bit of wear with almost daily use and I am now knot free. And if it does break? Just buy a new one. It's a lot cheaper than a sports masseuse!I keep it on a hook on the back of the bedroom door - use it whenever I need to.Absolutely life changing. If you're struggling with knots - get one.

I have had tense, sore back and shoulder muscles my whole life. If I got a deep tissue massage I’d feel partly better for maybe a day and a half if I’m lucky, before I develop more knots. So a masseuse was not a viable solution.This IS! It’s really easy to manipulate and I use it almost daily while watching TV. I have never felt so mobile and flexible in my entire adult life. It’s mind boggling to me now that this isn’t the first treatment people recommend for myofascial pain. Why has no doctor ever brought it up?

Great to get tough back knots. The seams on it can be a little bit sharp and have scratched my neck a little, but not painful. It’s light and easy to carry. A little confusing to use at first had to Google as well as read manual but overall happy with purchase! Would recommend for people with back pain or pain at pressure points to try out.

I'm a sceptical person. I understand that items such as this rely on personal testimony rather than measurable results to guage their efficacy.All I can say is I felt relief straight away. For the last few years I've had pain which seems to be caused by tightness somewhere around my left shoulder blade. It's always there causing discomfort but occasionally it flares up to the point I have trouble sitting up to get out of bed such is the agony. At these times the pain travels up to the left side of my neck and down my left arm where I get a painful elbow (I'm a previously very athletic man but I'm now 39 and age is catching up with me!)During one such episode I gave this a go. I was desperate and thought it was worth a try at this price. I used the hooked end to find a couple of trigger points then applied pressure pulling it very slowly about an inch either up or down to replicate the thumb or elbow of a deep tissue massage. After one afternoon the pain has gone. I can still feel the tightness deep down but using this seemed to kill of the pain and discomfort it was causing.At this price, buy one. It may work for you, it may not but its worth a try
