These are all great products. Have researched these solar batteries extensively and these are definitely the best value. We own 2 of their original 600 watt units. A P2000 unit and a P5000 unit. We started using these back in 2017 and have had them bail us out after 2 hurricanes now. We recently had roof panels installed by our solar guy and the Customer Service was very helpful in providing us the requirement specs to give to the installers. We can now charge our P5000 unit with over 900 watts on a sunny day, which will keep our fridge and freezer running all day every day during an outage and then some. We use the other units to handle lights, laptops, I Pads, TVs, Internet, and cooking stuff like coffee pot, toaster, crockpot, table top oven etc. These Batteries haven't failed us yet and were a great value for the money. Would highly recommend for your emergency.

I have had an issue with it from day 1 of install where the input watts will randomly cap out at ~115. I tried several ways to get in touch with then about it and never could until recently. I did finally find a manual work around. If I unplug the solar panel connector then plug it back in, the input wattage goes up to what should have been coming in the entire time, up to 900+ watts because I'm in Florida and have 10 - 100w panels connected to it. This has been a huge problem because I have my garage fridges plugged into it, the reduced input means the power station isn't recharging fully, so the batteries don't get or keep enough power for overnight, which flips off the ac draw button automatically. So if I travel, that means everything in my fridge and freezer go bad because I'm not there to manually reset it. If the P5000 works has it should fit enough days in a row, it will charge fully, and have enough power for the power loads plugged in to work for 3 days. Which means I can't go out of town for more than 3 days. I finally got a way to contact them through Amazon, and their response after 6 weeks of messaging, is that I have to package it up to send back to them for then to repair it, then they'll send it back to me.

I had ran my 5000 BTU air conditioner for around 9 hours at 25% left on battery. Needed better than 2 charging speed setting. As 15 amp wall plug may not handled steady 1800 watts. Needed 1500 watt and 1000 watts setting. It very heavy. As ANKER brand has the handle on the the top, as bottom handle is to the floor. The secret without so much back bending. Just carefully place one foot at front of wheel to keep it from rolling. Just lift one handle at opposite side from wheel around 45 degrees, as extending the handle outward, then tow it with our back breaking. It has crystal clear display. It also so easy to operate so similar to Fossibot. Power button, then AC-on and DC on etc.

OFF GRID NOT ACCEPTABLE If you are trying to use this for off grid use I couldn't not recommend this enough. It's fine for in home, but even with standard storage and support, 40% of the time it's a unproductive useless paperweight. I live in a area where during winter nights go down to 20, and back up to 55 or 60 during the day. If it gets a little cold, even when you rewarm it, it flashes the temperature signal and is out for the rest of the day. If it gets even little wet, you have to send it in for 300 dollar repair because it shorts out. Half the year it's useless while all my other battery devices work.

Product works exactly as it states. Easy to use and I like how it gives the option for a quick charge or slower one for extended battery life. Value seems right and it’s sturdy. If I had one thing bad to say about it is it’s a bit heavy, but it has the wheels and extended handle which makes it nice. Great product

I was wrong, the unit does put out 120v but a bit worried about how fan never shuts off even with no load in AC mode othet than that no complaints so far
