AAN Fat Burner Extreme- Energy, Fat Loss, Appetite Control, Vegan Friendly

After taking the fat burner I wanted to leave a quick review. I am factoring the following a factors into my review:- energy levels- hunger- focus- price- ingredients- fat lossI am currently on a fairly aggressive cut of about 300-500kcal deficit per day. To limit muscle loss and minimize strength loss, I am currently lifting pretty heavy at low volume. I can definitely feel that the fat burner helps to keep the energy levels at a good level. In fact they are so good that I ended up recalculating my calories several times because I thought I was overeating.Which brings me to focus: usually loss focus (and warmth) are the first things I notice in a calorie deficit. So far I have to admit that the focus is great, which helps to make the best of every single rep.At around $30, the price is competitive and easily what I save due to eating less anyway.The ingredients are probably the main reason I picked this product: all natural, no weird chemical compounds and all vegan. Definitely a huge plus!As far as the hunger is concerned, I do get a bit hungry at times. That being said, I have been in a calorie surplus for years and now am doing a pretty aggressive cut while doing heavy compound exercises about 4-5 times a week. To be quite honest, under these circumstances I would be certainly a bit surprised if I wouldn’t have moments of hunger. I have not cheated or overeaten in the 2 weeks, so I would say this fat burner manages the hunger well and that’s what counts. I noticed that it will suppress hunger much longer and effectively when taken with a small meal. So definitely take it with breakfast and lunch.Last but not least... fat loss: the reason why I am taking this product. I have started at 200lbs and two weeks later weighed in at 196.2lbs. An average of a little under 2lbs per week is definitely something I am quite happy with. From progress pictures, measurements (inches) and the fact that I maintain strength pretty well, I’d say a good amount of this weight is fat.Overall I am giving this product 5/5 stars and will definitely be back

The only reason I purchased it was because it was Vegan. However, I only took 1 pill, but it is what happened an hour after I took it. I became extremely nauseous and developed a massive headache. These symptoms lasted a good while and I was miserable. The only thing different about my day was this pill. I will not be purchasing again.

I did not lose weight on this. However I did get energy. I work out and eat well but this just is an energy pill. Not the magic bullet you looking for.

I've been taking 2 capsules of this AAN fat burner extreme 30 min before breakfast. By time I get to work I have a lot more energy, motivation and focus to do my job and I'm not thinking about getting snacks from the vending machine. I'm down 2lbs in the first week of taking them and I see my stomach is flatter already. It's definitely working well, the ingredient profile is great, and I have a lot of experience with supplements over the years so I know whats good by now. I'll be buying another bottle and I plan to run this for 2 months, take a few weeks off and repeat through the summer.I'm also ordering the AAN Pre workout Extreme and will be taking that right after work, 30 min before the gym. I'll be reviewing that product next.-Steve

I have tried so many products similar to this over the years. After giving my body a rest between different supplements I have found that this is the ONLY ONE that works for me. No jitters, plenty of energy, focus, & lost that last 8 pounds of body fat that I have been struggling with. I did combine it with a strict healthy diet and rigorous exercise regime~but I was doing that prior to adding the supplement. It does work if you combine all three elements. Highly recommend trying! I am currently reordering my third bottle.

This stuff is amazing! I’ve never tried a fat burner/appetite suppressant as good as this. I’ve been taking it for 10 days now and I’m down 7 pounds! I have hit perimenopause and women start gaining weight at this time of their lives no matter how hard they work out. I was working out so hard that my joints were aching and I was exhausted. Wasn’t gaining a whole lot of weight but for as much as I was working out it was making me miserable. With this stuff I haven’t hardly even worked out much and I have energy galore! You do kind of have to force yourself to eat though.

Soooooo amazing!!!I'm using this as a pre-workout and not a fat burner. This means I'm only using I before my workouts instead of before my meals.I really LOVE IT! When I take a normal pre-workout, I usually get a quick boost of energy and can sometimes feel my skin tingling or I get a headache. With this, I had a nice boost of energy that lasts a bit longer, without the tingling feeling or the headache.Then, as a vegan, I look for supplements that are classified as vegan. You'd think that all pre-workouts and fat burners would be vegan, but they aren't. Especially when it's in capsule form. It's just another reason I love this! They are veggie capsules, and are a decent/small size which are super easy to swallow - I can just swallow the capsule without worrying about mixing powder or spilling powder all over the place!No doubt about it... I'm buying it again when I run out!I hope the picture I posts gives you a of the capsule size. :)
