good and strong. holds up well. most like fabric backing than paper which holds up nicely wet sanding.

I can cut it to whatever length I want and use it for my electric palm sander, my 3M sanding block, or any custom sanding devices I might choose to fabricate.While this sandpaper is not adhesive backed, it does have the advantage of a heavy-duty cloth backing that adds strength and helps this sandpaper resist tearing.
