Product is fine but be aware it must be assembled, involving fixing the hose to the reel according to incomplete pictorial instructions. The Hozelok video online (easily found) includes the missing step of unscrewing the reel attachment point. Another point is that the hose is easily kinked, so be careful when pulling from the reel.

Very poor instructions supplied with the hose, and as others have stated, there is no need to buy anything else with this hose set. This set contains a long hose, the hose stand, an adjustable nozzle end and enough fittings to assemble it all together. You will need to snip an appropriate length (instructions recomended 1.5m) off the main hose with scissors to serve as the connection from the tap and the hose stand. All fittings are tightened up by hand after pushing the hose in as far as possible and the whole thing took me about 10 minutes to assemble. Ensure all fittings are very tight to prevent leaks!. Another thing that isn't specified is the red aqua-stop fitting (one that's different from the rest) goes at the business end of the hose, the end that you plug the nozzle into. This prevents water spraying everywhere if it becomes detached for any reason and allows you to change attachments without draining the hose, but also means you have to have the nozzle attached for water to come out the end, if this matters to you... I was in the market for a new hosepipe and having purchased Hozelock products before and having been delighted with both the build quality and the performance of those purchased items, I chose this brand once again. I also liked the look of the hosepipe and liked the green and yellow colouring. It also looked like it would be very durable and give many years of service before needing replacement. It arrived with all the hose attachments in a small clear plastic bag that was taped to the unit. Also, an instruction booklet was in there which provides step by step instructions in the form of pictures! There is quite a bit of work involved to get it all up and working as a hosepipe and the whole procedure took us both about 10 minutes that was all. We had to cut off 1 1/2 metres of pipe to use as the connector to the outside tap from the unit and I merely cut that with some basic kitchen scissors, it wasn’t hard to cut through the tubing. I then had to install a spring and attach various bits and pieces, its all there on the instruction leaflet. I would have preferred written instructions rather than pictures though, but that is more of a personal preference not an annoyance with the product. It is simply superb for washing the car, the powerful jet stream of water that it emits easily compares to the jet wash I used to go to when I lived near a city. Now I am living rural and it may be due to the high pressure of the outside tap which is attached to the mains water, but its powerful! It has two jets, one a single stream and one a spray - both powerful and fit for purpose for washing cars, watering gardens, whatever. He just washed the car, I used the new hosepipe to rinse it off - teamwork! I got the best job, I felt like a fireman with my powerful hose and had much fun washing my car off for far too long, much longer than was needed to remove all the soap suds. I like this hosepipe, I suffered no kinks and I was all over the place moving around and bending up and down rinsing off under those wheel arches etc. and the hose just went along with my needs perfectly. Excellent quality, easy to unwrap, easy to put together, easy to use, powerful adjustable spray and you can even stop the flow of water without needing to return to the tap to turn it off, if you just want a break from saturating whatever you are saturating. Excellent. I am extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommend it, excellent value for money!

Great customer service and a great hose. I ordered this hose but after the delivery date, it never arrived, I contacted the seller direct who looked into my order and it seemed that the hose had been lost in transit, they arranged for another hose to be delivered but again this didn't arrive on the day of delivery. The customer service team were amazing, they kept in touch with and kept me updated all the way through, it was a few weeks later than expected but it did arrive, unfortunately once its left their warehouse we are under the delivery service of Amazon, I want to thank the seller for great customer service whilst dealing with this order. The hose is fantastic, strong, easy to put together and reels up nice and tidy. Thank you.

On the advice of reviews here, I watched the Hozelock assembly videos while waiting for mine to arrive. Assembly was easy after that (I discarded the printed instructions without looking at them). We used the hose for the first time today, after waiting for an additional connector to arrive. I understand that many people have garden taps, but we do not. This hose "with connectors" doesn't come with any connector to connect it to a standard kitchen tap and I had to order one separately. This cost less than £4 from a well known auction site, but it would have been handy to have had it included so that we could have used the hose straight away. So far it seems to be working okay - no leaks, easy to use, and better water pressure than we were getting from our old hose. The quality of the unit is probably what you'd expect for the price. The only real issues are that the reel assembly is very lightweight which makes it tricky to wind the hose back up after using it (especially as you're trying to "layer" the hose), and you need to watch out for kinks. Nevertheless, it's better in every way than the bodge job hosepipe we were using before.

Good value hose and reel, easy to put together (follow the instructions closely) fitting go on nicely and look good. Reel itself is thinner plastic than expected and a weak, falls over easily if not fixed to the wall. That said for the price its decent

Der Schlauch lässt sich direkt an die Trommel anschließen. Diese wiederum hat an drei Positionen klassische Schlauch-Anschlüsse. Zwar neigt der Schlauch hier und da dazu zu knicken. Er lässt sich jedoch ansonsten sehr gut aufrollen. Die ganze Apparatur ist auch bei ordentlichem Wasserdruck noch dicht. Mit geliefert werden diverse Adapter und Endstücke für den Schlauch, so zum Beispiel die auf dem Bild gezeigte Spritze. Das Produkt wirkt durchdacht und mit einem Augenmarkt darauf entwickelt, möglichst viele Anwendungen zu ermöglichen. Insofern: top, klare Empfehlung!

Hozelock è come sempre garanzia di buoni prodotti e anche questo nn si smentisce. Non ho dato 5 stelle perché il prezzo è forse un po' troppo alto per il valore di questo prodotto.
