Recently rescued a pup from a shelter who is a mixed breed with rather an interesting build. I was concerned about finding a harness that would fit her without it rubbing under her legs, but would fit right and snug enough, while not being too tight, that I wouldn't have to worry about her possibly pulling through it during training. I took a chance on this harness and have not been disappointed. The harness is easy to adjust and is padded enough that it seems to be comfortable for the pup. Even though I don't leave the harness on her all the time, she's seems to be perfectly fine with it on, even sleeping comfortably without any rubbing in the skin/fur around her joints.Thankfully, she is not a huge puller, but, I believe even if she was the way I was able to situate this harness on her would not allow her to escape it. I also like that it has two hooks: one on their back and on on the front. I have a car seat for her and it has two straps to keep dogs in safe proximity in the care seat. I can hook one on top and one on the front and she sits safely and securely.As you can see from one of the photos where she does not have the harness on (it's from her freedom ride) the shape of her body. She is completely adorable, but is definitely an interesting mix of breeds. I would highly recommend this harness: it's easy to adjust, padded, has two hooks to utilize in training/walking/etc., easy to wipe clean as needed and seems to be sturdy.

This is our 3rd purchase of the Rabbitgoo dog harness, and we love it. It is really easy to put on and take off, and holds our 1 1/2 year old 37 lb golden doodle safely and securely, keeping his neck safe from using just a collar. I originally bought it because it was recommended for the front no tugging loop, but for us, it has always worked well using the top loop. Our boy is a great pup, but he’s strong and he will still pull when he gets excited to get somewhere. This improved model, has an added feature making it even easier to take the harness off. We especially love the top “handle” for times we might have to grab hold of him. Priced well and adjustable, it ensures a good fit. And, the size chart is accurate to go by. Having orange, black and blue, we are ready to match all seasonal bandanas, sweatshirts and sweaters!

Purchased this for our 24 lb Oug. Originally ordered a small according to size chart but had to return and get a medium which is the reason for 4 stars. The medium is a little big even after adjusting as tight as I could. Will need to try and alter somehow.The harness is well made. It is easy to put on and looks good on our dog. Is not too heavy for him either. He still pulls on leash on walks even when clipped in the front but that could just be my dog. We have a similar one for our other dog and she no longer pulls.I would recommend

I have two puppies. My 9 month old male rhodesian ridgeback mix has gone through 3 harnesses so far lol he chewed/destroyed two (one while wearing it!) and he ripped another one while pulling on his leash.THIS harness is the winner. He is a tall boy, but super skinny. I went with the medium because he is about as tall as he’s going to get, he’s very thin and needs to put on weight. I had to adjust the harness to as small as I could tighten it & now it can grow with him! The fabric is very strong & it’s a sturdy feeling harness. It is just so well made! He won’t be able to easily rip or chew this one. He walks well on a leash, but he is reactive towards strangers & this harness gives me so much more control over him. The clips are big & heavy, giving it even more security. My favorite part about it is that it has a handle on his back, which gives me the ability to easily grab him if I ever need to!I have an 8 month old female pitty/coonhound mix as well, and the first harness I bought her has held up well, but I love this one so much, I am ordering it for her too! HIGHLY recommend!

I love this halter—it’s strong, solid stitching, looks great, and adjusts to fit my growing pup. I love that there are multiple buckles; it definitely made it easier for my puppy, who was quite avoidant of anything around his neck/over his head in the beginning. It does have some reflectivity around the edging of both top and chest, but I’d not rely on just that for visibility at night. I also really love that there are two options for where to hookup your leash (top for standard, but also a chest hookup meant to dissuade pulling). All in all, a solid halter. I’ve bought two: one for a Shar Pei and one for a chihuahua, and I’d highly recommend it regardless of your dog’s size.

It’s adjustable Greek quality and appears to be very comfortable, but it’s too big for my dog so be careful when ordering know that the sizes run a little larger than what indicated if I had a size down. I’m sure it would’ve fit my dog but still puppy so I’m going keep it for when he grows . It’s also a great value for the money so I would recommend that you buy it but make sure that you get a size down

I have a very small toy poodle who was able to pull out of this harness. The quality if fine, I think it was just too big for my 9 pound poodle. I imagine it will be fine for slightly larger dogs.

Have purchased 2 of these harnesses and have nothing to complain about. Handsome, reflective, sturdy and high quality.

This harness was a bit tricky to adjust the first time, but once I figured it out it was easy to take on and off. It does the trick, giving me better control when walking my pooch. This is a sturdy and well made harness that my pup hasn't been able to chew off. Very satisfied. Just for reference, my pug mix is about 20 lbs and has lots of room to grow with the small harness size.

The fit was spot on, delivery was great, dog likes it.It is well padded easy to use it has three clips so you don’t have to put over the dogs head, the dog is comfortable in it and the quality is very good.

This is my second rabitgoo harness, my dog got loose and ended up in the marsh woods behind me, he barked and barked forever, we knew he was caught up but we could not get to him, he had the harness and a leash on, somehow we suspect the leash got caught, he stopped barking , we feared the worst, he was either dead or he got loose and was on the run again..4 hours later he appeared, no harness & no leash, I truly believe in this harness, it is sturdy well made, and in my case was able to afford my dog to break loose from it...I ordered another one , sadly this one came as medium but will not fit my dog around his body at all, the other harness was snug but acceptable, this one is about 4 - 5 inches too short to go around... perhaps a small in a medium pkg??? I am returning I will order a large but suspect I will have to return it as well....but you can trust this harness.. never buy a harness that says no escape...if I had that one my dog would not have gotten free...this harness rates a 4 !!

We've used a rabbitgoo harnesse at least twice a day for the last three years and they've been great. Secure and snug and comfortable. They do wear out, but that's to be expected with a very active young GSP.
