I purchased this water filter in 2022. The filter works great and definitely improves the taste of my tap water. The filter is great in all aspects.. ease of assembly and water clarity and taste. The filter is well made with the exception of the valve switch, which is plastic. After 3 years the switch broke. I inquired about purchasing a new valve switch and received awesome customer support. Harper W provided excellent, prompt customer service. Harper was very understanding and extremely courteous. Harper responded quickly to my inquiry and provided a timely resolution, going above and beyond to resolve my issue. I am extremely pleased with the customer service that was provided. 10/10 customer service!

Easy to install, and water flow is much quicker than most other faucet mount filters. The rubber gaskets are also much sturdier, thicker than the ones in Pur and Brita faucet mounts, and it makes for a leak proof seal, even without the plumbers tape. There is no light that comes on to indicate when it's time to change the filter, but you can just set calendar reminders every 3 months. It's a great value, works great. I'll come back and edit this if it starts leaking.

Admittedly this may be a bit early for a review. I just installed this a few hours ago. Install was simple and straightforward, took under a minute once I disassembled, cleaned and reassembled. I recommend you do the same, as I found metal shavings inside the unit once I took it apart. I'm sure the filter would have taken care of this, but I feel better having cleaned it first. I picked this filter out of the many on the market because it is all stainless steel. Most other options are plastic. Yes, this unit is indeed all SS construction. HOWEVER, half of the included adapters are plastic. Just my luck, this includes the one I need. I do not trust plastic threading on plumbing adapters one bit. I'm not sure why they decided to make half the adapters SS and half plastic.. I do like the filter, but now I have to go around trying to find a non-plastic adapter, SS or brass. Frustrating drawback to an otherwise good product. Other than this, functionality seems good. Have used it numerous times. Switching between tap and filtered water is easy and feels like a quality 1/4 turn valve, unlike reviews of plastic models that feel flimsy. I want to give it five stars, but the plastic adapter is a big annoyance that I now have to go replace. Additional note - as others have mentioned, the aerator is definitely not as good as the factory one that came with the faucet. Some may care about that more than others. For me, it's not a big deal. Overall, no more water pitcher on the counter. My wife is happy to save space on the counter. I'm happy to have filtered water to drink on demand. It's (mostly) not a plastic piece of trash that'll explode after a month or two and soak you and everything around you. At least I hope that's the case. You can be certain I'll update if I do get soaked.

I purchased this water filter system because my other one from another brand broke. This was easier to install than the other. The included adapters was very helpful as it will fit many configurations of sink faucets. The lever used to flip from regular tap to filter works well. The flow of water from the filter side was very good as I found with another brand - that flow was very restricted. The overall design/look is nice - it's not overly bulky. The other factor I looked at is how much life will the filter have. This one beats most of the competition by 150 gallons or more per a filter - which is important to me. I'm still using same filter it came with so shall see how long it actually lasts. But there is a noticeable difference in taste of water vs using just tap and pretty happy about that

Okay let's review this product. It only good at getting rid of chlorine maybe a few miner chemicals. But what do is I use it to pretreat my water for zero water pitch. Zero water is best but only issue is it expensive to replace filters but it sucks at reducing chlorine. So problem fixed. Very cheap solution. I mean with more money spent I can get better but for now this working great. Very well built. No issues with turning off and on. I should test to see how good it removes chlorine but it's better than nothing. I wish it would remove fluoride. But that cost big time special filter.

Very pleased at the EASY & FAST ASSEMBLY. Surprised at small size but actually LOVE THE COMPACT SLEEK DESIGN!! Now, if you can get an AUTOMATIC FILTER REPLACEMENT FLASHING LIGHT ALERT - it would be PERFECT!!

Not that impressed. Sink water taste a little better but not as good as the filtered water through our refrigerator. Has a weird taste.

The product itself is excellent - easy to install, and it genuinely makes the water taste much more pleasant. What I really wanted to comment on, though, is how professional and easy to deal with this company is. I originally made my purchase in 2023 and moved in 2025. During the move, I discovered that I had lost a part of my water filtration system, so once I realised that, I contacted Waterdrop to enquire about purchasing a replacement. Brilliant. Not only less than 1/3 of the price of the branded product, this alternative filter fits perfectly and simply clicks into place with a simple 1/4 turn. It took me literally 10 seconds. After the requisite flushing as with any new filter, the water was once again perfect. No more oily film on green tea. I highly recommend this replacement filter and shall definitely be buying it again from this supplier. Really first class.
