I bought one of these gliders 22 years ago for the birth of my daughter. My daughter now has it in her home to rock her baby. We missed the glider so much in our own home we had to buy another! Our old glider had corduroy fabric. It wore like iron! This one has a softer plush fabric. I don’t think it will hold up as well but we will see. Also expected it to be more tan. This fabric is off white! Not sure I would want this color if my kids were still little. Still! Very comfortable and very much like the original!

Easy to put together and very comfy. There was a cosmetic problem with base and the seller handled immediately. Super glad I purchased this chair!!

Bought this to rock new baby, I love it but for the fact that I don’t fit in it. It’s too narrow, we measured the inside seat from armrest to armrest which is where it was bothering me, it measured 18 3/4 inches. A rocking chair I was looking to replace measured 20 inches from armrest to armrest a small but noticeable difference. Otherwise it was great I’m 5’6” my husband 5’7” and we both found the height of the rocker to be acceptable, it’s plush and oh so comfy also glides beautifully and easy to assemble it does not have any side pockets and I was willing to overlook that. In the end though I will be returning this purchase, we already repacked it or else I would have included a picture to show measurement I mentioned. Side note: when I purchased this chair I was pregnant and quite a bit heavier than I am currently so my hips were bigger, I didn't want to take a chance that I after giving birth I would fit comfortably in the chair, otherwise I would have kept it.

Product came on on-time (early) and was a breeze to assemble - 4 screws and fasten on the covers! The seat cushion is supportive but soft and the back support is very comfortable. My wife is 5'10" and can rest her head on the top of it easily. I am 6'3" and have to slouch just a touch to rest my head on the top. For me, the extra 300-400 was not worth it to get the dutailier grande (extra tall) chair. Quiet glider. The beige microfiber looks great. Had for 1 week now and anxiously awaiting the baby.

We originally had a dutailier that we purchased from a furniture store but that took so long to come and in damaged condition it wasn't even funny.Then ordered on Amazon. It arrived within two days and everything was perfect. We were able to put it together in less than 20 minutes. It is a really comfortable chair to put your kiddo to sleep. My only complaint would be the legs aren't upholstered so a crawler might bump against the wood. But other than that it's perfect.

WARNING!!! Not a Dutailier chair!! Dutailier chairs have the Dutailier logo on the bottom of the chair and the box itself had generic labeling. I have a Dutailier chair for my 1st child and it included the recliner and locking mechanism. I should have know this was not a good deal since this price was not even close to what we paid for our 1st chair. So I guess you get what you pay for. This chair is OK and will work for our second child but I did not receive what I was expecting. This chair is still comfortable but does not recline or have a locking mechanism. So be warned if you order this chair. It is very surprising that they can sell this as a Dutailier chair when it is clearly a knock-off. Not the real thing.

We have had our glider 3 months and best purchase we have made with our newborn. Couldnt have made it through the late nights without it! Comfortable cushions, no squeaky noises from the chair, great to have arm cushions too. The only con that I can think of is that it is a little narrow. My husband (5"10) and I (5"7) fit in it fine but for a larger/taller person it may be a little tight when holding baby.
