My daughter loves this.

This does leak from side to the the other. I like it for dinner for the kids. It keeps the food nice and warm for about an hour. I usually put the main meal on one side and fruit on the other. Its not ideal to keep lunches warm for school if you prepare food in the morning, even if you pour hot water before filling them with food. It is easy to clean. Its great if the food would be eaten within an hour. After that, the food would get cold. Overall I like the item, it’s replacement of the plastic plates for the kids.

Bought this in July for my kids school that started on Aug 21st. The sides where we clip on broke just in 2 months…it broke on both sides, it was not dropped or anything. Not happy with this at all.Another design feature that I did not like is the part where the bowl goes on the lid takes up too much space in the steel insert. Not gonna buy again.

The item seems relatively well made. Two problems: there was a rubber divider that popped off all the time in the middle of the bento box for the lid. It has officially gone missing as it kept on popping off and it was inevitable that it would disappear. Another problem is that the utensil container is very cheap crappy plastic. That container has cracked. at least they utensils are metal so the chances of them breaking are much lower. Honestly due to those two problems I would not buy this item again. I can't speak of how long the container will hold the temperature of food but based on the way it is designed and the way it looks it probably cannot hold temperature longer than an average box. We are currently not using the box to store the temperature of the food as my toddler's preschool provides his food for him.

Main priority for me was a lunch box that would keep my food hot/warm.. Well.. It does keep it warm-ish but I have to do a few magic tricks just to barely get it above room temperature. It is sturdy, bigger than what it looked like so portion sizes are good me, the lunch bag is bigger than the lunch box so i have to put a bottle or something to prevent from moving around. Im just not satisfied because the description claimed it kept food hot or cold for 3-4 hours and to me that was key since my job removed all microwaves & fridge.

It was a good product and we really like it, until 3 months later the plastic breaks and the cover handles fall out. It is for my daughter who uses it properly. It is the quality of the hard plastic that make this product a short useful life for only 3 months.

Just got this in today and it’s so great I love it! It keeps stuff warm plus the bag is so cute. It’s also great for storage reasons because I use to carry a big lunchbox to work now I’m not luggage around one. It’s awesome and super convenient!

My kids got me this for shift work, hasn’t leaked while being toted around in a backpack, great size, nice that it’s microwave and dishwasher friendly.
