I purchased 2 full size beds . I believe they was medium firm. Very comfortable, thick and supportive. I'm happy with them and at decent price too. I feel they are better than memory foam and more supportive. Shipped on time and didn't take long to become full height. I definitely recommend this product.

It took me forever to find the right mattress. This one had the best reviews and the price was great! It came in a box and as soon as you opened the box and cut the sealing it popped up and formed the perfect size mattress. My husband and I let it form completely at least 24 hours. The bed is so comfy and the best sleep we have ever had!

I ordered a full size 12” mattress and I am pleased so far. I’m curious the exact difference between the full 12” and the full 12” medium but I ended up purchasing the 12” due to it stating that it is returned less. This mattress inflated instantly when the seal of the plastic bag was broken, it was fun. It was packaged nicely, it’s heavy. The mattress looks nice and I’m pleasantly surprised by it. My only worry is that the bottom of the mattress may not have the greatest protection for the inside materials but maybe I’m just worried about nothing. I will probably get a bunkie board because I have this mattress directly on a metal bed frame. I purchased a metal frame that is for mattresses only and doesn’t need a box spring or anything else. This mattress seems plenty firm and seems to not move much when I move or get up which is nice for my pets. They want to lay on it and rest with me or on their own. I was torn between a full and a queen but I went with a full because my room is small. I’d say to just go for the queen. This is a decent size though. The metal frame that I bought for this bed was from Amazon also. I’m 5’9 1/2” and the mattress could stand to be longer height wise for me. I’m happy with my purchase though. This is for daily use and I am an adult. My sleep has been decent on this mattress. If you are around my height, go for the queen.

It was heavy getting in alone, my hubs was in bed with Covid. I was determined to get it in and set up alone. The point was to keep him away in hopes to stay well.The mattress was almost immediately full and normal right after opening. It’s not my temperpedic but it also cost A LOT less.I slept on it and it was a good mattress. My back wasn’t screaming as usual after another mattress other than the one I have.I would recommend getting help to save your back bc it’s heavy, but you can set it up alone. I purchased the frame here on Amazon as well. Just a platform bed frame. Works well and def a great guest room bed.

I chose the queen 12 inch (height) mattress, it arrived the day before I left for 2 days. The day I was leaving, I got rid of my old mattress and pulled this one out and let it air up on the bed frame. Before I left it was measuring 8 inches (after being out for only a little over an hour). I came back two days later and it was barely 10.5 inches. It hasn't moved passed 10.5 inches since then. Disappointed because I wanted one that was 12 inches. Very misleading.The mattress itself is way better than 6 year old mattress and I had, it's not too soft but not super firm either which is perfect for me. I don't have back and neck pains anymore.The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because it isn't 12 inches like I stated before, but also because the edge support is horrible. My 3.5 year old sleeps in the bed with me still and I quite frequently end up on the edge of the bed. I wake up because I feel like I'm falling off the bed and I'm nearly 2 inches from the edge. I'm keeping the mattress because it's such a hassle to return something but I will not be buying it again because of the edge support. It's a big deal for me and it's going to take some getting used to not having good edge support.

The bed feels pretty firm when you're lying on it, but it feels unsupported when you're sitting on the sides.I also deducted a star because it's not a 12-inch mattress. Mine is around 11 inches in total. Not sure if paying extra for that 1 inch is worth it.
