Can’t get the heat to work

The media could not be loaded. Picked this up over Cyber Monday as it was on sale. The install was pretty straight forward with the exception of not knowing that some plugs get plugged in and others will not. My Car had the headrest TV's so I had extra cables that didn't go anywhere, once I figured that out it was a breeze. The cables harness is not long so you have to work in a tight space but it's pretty self explanatory. The people at Nakevich has answered all my questions via private message! I highly recommend them and this product.I'll post a 1 month review after, but so far, AC, back up camera, Apple Car Play, hazards and airbag are all set... all safety features are working perfect fine. No dash codes or errors!
